In the last 5 years after paying an average of $36,000 in income taxes I could have paid off my mortgage with the money I paid to CRA. Instead I live paycheck to paycheck, my money goes to Ukraine, other taxes and MP pensions. Taxes are disgusting in Canada. Our own government is our greatest threat.

I just had my 2 propane tanks filled today. I had to pay over $100 in taxes for $400 of fuel, $58 of which was for the carbon tax
