    Thank you for sharing, Kerry Ann! I'm experiencing hair changes and hot flashes. When I take in less sugar, I am cooler! 😂 I've joined a Rally Coach community through my medical insurance, which has been helpful in eating mindfully and reducing physical perimenopause symptoms. I look forward to leaning into psychological and spiritual possibilities during this transition. ❤

    I am in the thick of it. I think hot yoga helps with coping with the hot flashes. I have grown to love the feeling of my body in intense heat. I am trying, but not sure I am going to learn to love the acne and the weight gain. I am trying to just accept them as part of the process and not be judgmental or negative. The surprise physical change is the hypersensitive sense of smell that comes at times.

    never had hot flashes or weight gain but I was a little cranky at times
