Hi Mark, also importantly why so many goals are not achieved is because individuals sub-conscious beliefs are not aligned with their desired (conscious) goals, for example it's hard to give up smoking if you keep seeing yourself as a smoker, change your internal beliefs/desired state and your goals can easily be achieved.

Giving up is not an option. I never have a New Years resolution, It sets you up for failure I believe. Be organized and stick to your plan. I trip up trading sometimes but I march on.

Lately ive been using the habit loop to stick to my goals (cue,ruitine,reward) helped me a lot........learned it from this book i read ...the power of habit
