Great video Mark, one things to note from my experience is that when implemeting new processes it naturally is going to take some time to get used to the new habit, and more often than not it's going to feel like you're going back, in the short term it may even affect you're results, but don't be discouraged! If you keep on going and you know this new process will benefit your scalability, in the long run it's only going to beneft you!

in my process, I set my margin levels to half of its potential trade amount then set either r 123 / s 123 that way my trade has more probably of itm finish

I recommend watching the video a couple more times and really pay close attention to what Mark is saying about being outcome vs process driven. - Outcome: Making as much money as fast as possible by taking average trades = Poor Results - Process: Minimizing risk and generating consistent profitable results over a long period of time by taking high probability trades = Great Results
