As a boomer, the older ones like Lite-Brite and The Game Of Life were part of my childhood. Along with Slinky, Etch-A-Sketch. As a little girl I didn’t like ‘baby dolls’ just played with stuffed animals but when I was a bit older I LOVED Barbie.

7 of the 10 defined mine! ♥ Great list! I might have been tempted to go with Trouble instead of Sorry! because of the Pop-o-matic device, but that's just an opinion. I had Sorry! and loved it! I'm a total Barbie girl. I even had 2 of the originals (Blonde and Brunette).
I also had one that had to have been from late 60s/early 70s judging by her haircut and groovy minidress. Ballerina, International, one with Titian Blonde hair and fine copper wires to keep whatever hairstyle you did.
Cher, Brooke Shields, Bionic Woman, Wonder Woman.
Plus all of their vehicles. The big plane, the camper, the VW van, the '79 Corvette convertible (it was purple 💜). The horse, Afghan hound, dog that pooped, lol!
I was a Barbie fanatic. My whole family knew that it didn't take much to make me happy on Christmas or my birthday: anything Barbie. I was just as happy if I got 2 of the same things/outfits, I said I had so many Barbies that having doubles of things meant more to go around when my niece/girlfriends and I played.
Barbie was also a great comfort to me in my teens when I was troubled or depressed. I'd just go through my collection making sure everything was clean, all together, that the dolls' hair were protected,(knee high stockings if you want to know. Especially Cher's long hair.).

*The Game of Life:* Decades ago I wrote a program that played through every possible set of moves to find which was best, and what I learned was, except for your profession, none of the few choices that you could make mattered. There was almost zero advantage to making one choice over another. That disappointed me after having played the game for years.
*Lite-Bright:* This was an amazingly fun toy.
*Sorry!:* I played this game for a year's-worth of hours. I laugh at that commercial thinking about the actors. Exec: "OK, Bob. This is your big break! You finally landed a spot on television." Bob: "Outstanding! What role am I playing?" Exec: "You will be dressing up in a foam suit shaped like a board game piece, walking around and bumping into other people dressed the same way." Bob: " . . . "

Maybe this is just me, but I can't believe Bop It didn't at LEAST rate an honorable mention. That was my childhood. As a sight-impaired kid of the 1990s/early 2000s, I wasn't into etchasketch, I couldn't play regular board games unless they were made accessible which was quite expensive, and yeah ... at least I could bop it! That was one thing that was totally accessible to me, which my sighted peers also enjoyed.
