Is there a Car Rental at or near the Port? I want to rent a car after the cruise to drive to Orlando.

I believe DCL refers to Dreams Unlimited. If that’s the case, this video gives the impression that DCL is very hands on. Which hasn’t been the experience I’ve had; at all. Ive had to keep checking and looking for better prices on my own. I have even felt like my DCL rep doesn’t like me. Like we are arguing (the tone of our emails). This is going to be my first Disney cruise. If anything I had been wishing DCL (was more helpful). Especially putting a third party in the mix. Getting off the phone with Disney who are super helpful verses DCL. Whose emails are vague. Ironic I had to browse UA-cam to see what hotel would be near my port. And find two other DCL reps are giving me the 411.

Hi! Dreams Unlimited is a travel agency that has nothing to do with either person in this video. I'm sorry to hear that you're having a negative experience. All the Travel Agents I recommend (including Crissi featured here who is AWESOME!) are people I would use myself. DCL = Disney Cruise Line. Not Dreams Unlimited. Again, I'm sorry that you're not having a great experience. I would recommend after this sailing that when you book your placeholder that you do not renew with your current agent and instead use one of the Recommended Travel Agents found here: www.dclcommunity.com/recommended-travel-agents.

Ahhh ok DCL stands for Disney Crusie line! I could’ve sworn I heard about Dreams unlimited through a podcast on Spotify with those initials! Well that is great to know! The podcast I listened to mentioned gift baskets etc but yes going straight through Disney is more ideal (for a first timer). Thanks for the hotel and other info

@@alavabluDreams Unlimited does do gift baskets as well as onboard stateroom credit. But unless I misunderstood you, I'm also not very pleased with my Dreams Unlimited agent but since I'm more hands on, I appreciate the onboard credit and basket. But it is unfortunate.
