Battlefield V is a first-person shooter video game developed by EA DICE and published by Electronic Arts. Battlefield V is the sixteenth installment in the Battlefield series. It was released worldwide for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on November 20, 2018. Those who pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition of the game were granted early access to the game on November 15, 2018, and Origin Access Premium subscribers on PC received access to the game on November 9, 2018. The game is based on World War II and is a thematic continuation of its World War I based precursor Battlefield 1.
Battlefield V will focus extensively on party-based features and mechanics, scarcity of resources, and removing "abstractions" from game mechanics to increase realism. There will be an expanded focus on player customization through the new Company system, where players will be able to create multiple characters with various cosmetic and weapon options. Cosmetic items, and currency used to purchase others, will be earned by completing in-game objectives.
The game will feature several new multiplayer modes, including the "continuous" campaign mode "Tides of War", "Firestorm", and "Grand Operations". The Grand Operations mode is an expansion of the "Operations" mode introduced in Battlefield 1, which focuses on matches taking place across multiple stages to simulate a campaign from the war. In Grand Operations, each round will have specific objectives, and performance in each stage will influence the next. Games will culminate with a "Final Stand", with players using only a primary weapon with limited ammo, and no respawns. Similarly to Battlefield 1, the game will feature a collection of single-player "war stories" based on aspects of World War II. The game also features a cooperative mode not seen since Battlefield 3 called "Combined Arms", where four players can undertake missions together and features dynamic missions and objectives so missions cannot be played the same way each time. Combined Arms is scheduled to be released after launch. The Battle Royale mode will be built around the franchise's "core pillars of destruction, team play, and vehicles". The name "Firestorm" is derived from a literal storm of fire that engulfs players similar to the popular Battle Royale game mechanic of restricting the play area. Furthermore, this particular game mode is not being developed by EA DICE themselves, but has been outsourced to Criterion Games and features the biggest map created by the franchise to date. It is playable by 64 players, which are divided into up to 16 squads with a focus on team work.Firestorm is scheduled to be released in March 2019. - Wikipedia

@@AzuraProductions In third person you can quit easy see the infantry around you but in the ego view you often have a really tight field of view and even less when you are focusing on a distance target by aiming... then i am also often surrounded and get killed by one damn assault player...
aerospacetom1 Its really easy to sneak up on AA tanks, they wont hear you if you walk while they are shooting.

On my first day playing yesterday I got the cluster twist in my armory and I shot down a Japanese zero on iwo jima
I feel like the fligerfaust is claimed to be "op" because of the circumstances, it's a new weapons so everyone and their mother is running it on assault
Pilots are adapting, slowly lining up a team wiping bombing run from a mile away isn't as efficient as anyone with a fligerfaust is gonna want a slice, most of the time I see planes getting killed are when they're going slow, fast pilots who fly low are out of the frame before you have a chance to fire, so it can be countered
My suggestion to "nerfing" it could be to widen the spread more when you ADS so it isn't so tight and/or lower the reload speed
Hey Azura what specializations are you using on your STG44? Also do you think the fliegerfaust should get a nerf? Cause I know Westie thinks there should be a nerf.
They like to bring out new weapons overpowered so people enjoy them more. After 1 or 2 weeks they can then nerf them and nobody uses them anymore but by then they have served their purpose of bringing something new and fun to the game.
If they introduce a new weapon that is underpowered nobody will grind, talk about it, or enjoy it.

Enzino yea, I was thinking that to, with the AT rifles and the Breda PG there was a burst of everyone using it, then it faded away. I imagine that it will be that way with the lunge mine and M1 Garand when added.
I think they need to give it a few weeks before they do a balance pass on them. People will realise they’re missing their PIATs and reequip those, and suddenly the FF is much more rare.
Hurricane Gaming I still use the Breda, easily one of the most underrated rifles in the game.
The burton in BF1 was the best troll to pilots, they could be as far away as you’d like and with a little precision you become the bane to anything with wings, especially divebombers 👍🏻

The Fliegerfaust is really too strong against planes.
Then again, bombers in particular have been so obnoxious as of late, I think I'm gonna enjoy this one as long as it lasts. ^^
bombers have been op for a year with nothing to counter them. 2-3 days of infantry payback and pilots are crying....fuck em

Adrian Sahiti I disagree the aa guns are so weak the do next to no damage. I do agree tho they shouldn’t be a one shot kill for the new rockets on fighters tho. The bomber planes are the ones that are annoying as fuck tho their is nothing for ground troops to do against them I’m tired of getting cheaply bombed by them when I’m trying to cap flags it’s just cheap kills
@@Gwynbl31dd no need to be butt hurt because you cant go 100-0 anymore. I've never cried about how unbalanced planes were, it is what it is. Infantry can now defend against spawn farmers and im happy about it. AA as you well know is useless against planes. I will agree that it should stay this way against bombers but a nerf against fighters who dont abuse cheap tactics like bombers do.
@@hairymotter5455 You can't go even near 100-0 with bombers on conquest. Once you have a few kills you will have butthurt fighters on your tail and that's the end.
I love how all the pilots are bitching in the comments when it has been a long time coming and also stationary aa guns are now literally obsolete which means no more aa gun campers
Stationary AA is still somewhat relevant, especially in the Pacific. As someone who enjoys aerial combat myself, these things are annoying as fuck. 50 damage to planes in one shot is ridiculous. With stationary AA campers at least you could still fly in other parts of the map unmolested and still play a role in the battle. Now everyone and their mothers have these.
Yet towed AA still exists in most places. As an infantry guy I get it, planes often FEEL bullshit, but the most BS feeling planes on the ground (Bombers and heavy fighters) are pretty easy to fight in the air. 20mm new MGs on Pacific planes are OP too, but that doesnt mean planes as a whole should get shafted, 25 - 35 damage would me more reasonable

Haha great way to use the new thing! Possibly too overpowered though I've seen someone go 130-10 despite the Flieferfausts. Feels like it was added only to counter Zero and Corsair ground attack variants that seem to be damn OP.

The fleiger is op against planes, on hamada u go to the airstrip when it's under enemy control u can wreck any planes even thinking about taking off, they don't stand a chance
i am 100% certain they are quietly balancing this gadget on the server side. i used the poop out of it so i had the use of it next to near muscle memory, and it suddenly feels weaker.

DICE literally destroyed tanks with the last patch. Their coaxial machine guns are now almost useless, and to can forget about passenger machine guns!
I mean I understand nerfing the drivers machine gun, but the passenger machine guns SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN NERFED. Tanks are next to useless for a squad now.

@@bjblitz2701 Anything is possible, while I do think the MGs are underpowered now, it is not impossible to play and it is not impossible to have fun, use your main cannon for some direct hit in between MG shots to maximize the damage output.
@@AzuraProductions The main problem is the passenger machine guns. My friend just can't get any kills in the passenger seat and it ruins the tank for him.

Haven’t tried it on tanks but a group of randoms and me set up a battery of fliegerfausts and a mg42 incendiary belts (to spot) and we racked up 11 planes between the 3 flieger’s on hamada. 8 on mercury, 17.5 on fjell (one of us got 90 somthing damage but a friendly plane smacked him), 7 on arras and another 7 on narvik. We got so many hate messages but had a good time. Enemies started to run all the way back to our spawn to kill us, then preceded to teabag us before dying of deserting lol. We teabagged every plane we shot down, one hell of a time making everyone want to kill us lol. We had to go our separate ways later but 10/10 would be a pest again

Hmm, my game won’t unlock the weapon for me, I did my best to play on Saturday, Sunday, but I saw it was almost unlocked, on Saturday, and then it unlocked I think last night... but my game says I still need to finish some special assignment, but I have no idea what that assignment is, should I try and contact DICE to figure out why I didn’t receive my weapon? I have check my shipments and that says everything is opened....
Thanks you SOOO MUCH for this vidéo. Never played Battlefield before, but because CoD sucks now, I decided to give BF5 a try last week. And I enjoy it a lot until I started getting wrecked by tanks every two minutes.
I was in a mindset of, whether I find a way to get rid of tanks or I'm quitting this game also :D
Play as assault, use dynamite to stick tank, blow them up and immediately throw anti tank grenade and then immediately switch to rockets. It should kill 90+% of tanks but sometimes they'll need two rockets.
My max is 8 tank kills all by flanking and sticking dynamite on them.

I watched a half of a team on the side a mountian and noone could hit a damn plane. Not one. It sucks. Doesn't hurt thanks at all and wont kill an enemy unless he is like 50bhealth to begin with. They need to make the fliegerfaust better imo. People talking about nerfing it... yes right. Half a team and noone could hit 1 plane!
I am not sure how half the team couldn't hit one plane. As you can see in the video, it is pretty easy.

Idk I still feel like the main that makes assault “op” is that literally a whole team can have effective anti tank weapons and constantly put high damage pressure on any vehicle while vehicles are limited, slow and don’t do damage on par with the amount of damage they receive. If assault was split up into “rifleman” and “engineer” where rifleman got all the infantry weapons and engineer got all the anti vehicle weapons and the only get the recons little pistol carbine weapons I feel like that would be a decent step towards a balance.
A truer balance to the whole gameI think would be the remove meadium machine guns from support, remove rocket launchers from assault, remove anti tank from recon, nerf smgs to be less accurate at medium range and give them to all classes (excluding engineer) make all removed weapons call in weapons only. Let all Players have a personal score that they can use to call in weapons but not the jb2.
Limit the amount of engineers to a squad by 1 and it has to be a squad with 3 or more people to to unlock the class.
Or just learn to play the game and git gud?
