It’s amazing to me how overconfident people without any tangible skills are able to lure others into trusting them. I have seen situations like this in other fields but I am surprised to see it in MMA.

I have never clicked on a video so fast! I'm a massive fan of combat sports, especially MMA/UFC. I actively participating in competitions and for you Dr to be covering Fabia is so important you expose him. He is an absolute charlatan who manipulated Diego. We love Diego but I believe Fabia is a very dangerous individual.

@@cosmosadorabilis7677 childhood trauma as well as an incident where he raised a child with his wife for like 8 years and when she wanted to divorce she got a test and turns out the kid wasnt his but diego thought he was for 8 years
@@connerfloyd7550 that wasn't his wife though. That was a woman he thought he had a child with, then she started acting up when he actually got married.
I don't know anything about his childhood trauma though.

A boxer once showed me how he breathed when throwing jabs to make them more effective, it was impressive. He said the learning of proper breathing came from the Bruce Lee teaching.

Yes. proper breathing is critical to proper movement, stamina, mental state etc, especially in high stress environments. Then you have nose breathing vs mouth breathing, specific techniques employed both during rest and during activity. It's huge, however I certainly wouldn't ask Fabia for advice about anything, especially breathing.
Boxing and other Martial arts have been using the breathing technique for far longer than Bruce Lee lol

Breath work is actually pretty phenomenal stuff. I know it sounds silly, however it does wonders for anxiety, pain and focus.

For anyone that's interested, believe it or not, Dr Grande only scratched the surface on Fabia. There's much more craziness to the story including an onlyfans account, a death punch and Fabia throwing around insane allegations against Diego, the Nevada State Athletic Commission, other fighters. Conor McGregor also said that he'd promote a fight between Diego and Fabia

How unprofessional fabia looked when he bad mouthed his only client. Diego is a victim. He was like all of us. Give me easy answers to life's tough questions.
I'm glad you brought light to this. I did not think it would be something anyone outside the "MMA community" would notice or want to cover. This situation is (was) tragic. I'm sure it will make a decent Netflix documentary one day. Diego is a character himself (to put it mildly) but/and this parasite preyed on his weaknesses. Thankyou Dr Grande for highlighting this. Hopefully Diego can move forward with his life now (I know Dana White has expressed concern and has hinted that the company will help as they respect him so much).
Unfortunately, we can't get the extent from Dr. Grande's analysis. If you're reading, please go and watch a real, completely UN-AWARE narcissist at work.

Well Sue I can tell you I"m 60 years old too, and I was at the hospital last week they assured me I have been doing it right bcz they were able to get a pulse so I left the hospital feeling reassured, so my advice too you is carry on as you have been, as long as your lips don't turn blue you should be ok. :)
