You are not alone LOL i used to be so mad at my parents because as soon as we got in the car BJ Thomas i was like 11 years old when i was listening to a little bit of love is better than no love, rain drops are falling on my head, Rock and Roll Lullaby, Hooked on a Feeling, mama, on an on an all the way from Hollywood Florida, to Orlando, i didn't want to an then before i knew it were at some Stadium and I was face-to-face i was very petite an he picked me up an put me on the stage with the microphone i slap his hand for trying to make me say something LOL he just laughed i was crying so he said it's alright sweetie you are scared of me i said no i don't know how to sing. Great times i will never forget his kindness compassionate. Now i can't get enough of his music.
I saw him twice sort of by accident. I reluctantly went to a Kenny Rogers concert with my roommate and this amazing performer was one of the opening acts, following The Righteous Brothers. Saw him again at the fair in Blue Hill, ME. He owned the stage, without gimmick. Wow. Just wow.

Whenever artists singers or people want to do the right thing and determine back..They go back to the roots...Gospel...Jesus Music...because the true artists humbly understand their place in the universe and where Real Music Originates and they are heralds of it.....

My family has known BJ and his family for years. So heartbroken over his passing. I chatted with Gloria on Saturday and she is absolutely devastated.
