Looks like the 3CX pulled those concrete lumps out easily enough, has your contractor not got the wider front tyres like my 3CX has, I find that they really help on soft, wet ground and don't sink in as bad? It has been hard at times with all the wet weather this winter, hopefully things will start to dry up a little 👌Good job👌

I'd love to try a Hydrema from Denmark they have that reverse drive you were talking and a type of sideshift with more North American style outriggers should you choose to use them. The backhoe on your machine sure looks nice and smooth to operate.
