Love this band. I need to listen to them more often. One of the last remaining Tanner, Drive Like Jehu, and Early No Knife bands left. So intense and dynamic.
@@stopthesilence01 I loved the first 2 No Knife Albums. I saw them play at The Cog Factory in Omaha, NE. It was a cold winter night and I had no idea who I was going to see. I had never heard of them as they were touring for "Drunk On The Moon" I stood and within 15 seconds of the 1st song they played I was a fan for life. Now after their 1st two albums I was not as much of a fan, but I still liked their music. METZ just seems to be carrying the torch for fast, aggressive, dynamic music, done with intelligence. I could have seen them play where I live now but I did not have the night off from work. I hope after this shyte is regulated that they come back through and I can see them this time.
@@matthewmohri9990 I love all No Knife records pretty much the same. I can't pick my favourite. But I started with "Fire in the city..." when I bought that CD at Gorbushka (the biggest pirate/black market in Moscow). Then I ordered 3 other records online on Amazon and really dig into "Hit Man Dreams". METZ is probably my favourite live band now. We organised a small Russian tour after their second LP came out and I had a honour to play before them every night. Yeah, we need to do another tour. It was a blast! Don't miss their show, man, it's epic.
@@stopthesilence01 I like all of their stuff but for me it was their first 2 albums that I like the most. The beginning of Jericho was amazing to me on Hit Man's Dreams.
Maybe my fav from the new record. Drives me nuts! Crazy thing, for my first listens I didn't pay attention to the cathartic screams going into the 'chorus' and now I think they're the best thing ever.
Now that’s what I’m talking about

I hear so much Unwound in these dudes too. Carrying the torch.
No Knife is love

This is one of the best visuals I’ve seen in a while. Great job!

Great live too 👍
When lava meets the sea, like the reveal of a secret 🙌🏽 My favourite 2020 song for sure.
wonderful description.
the opening brings to mind 'the rite of spring' volcano scene in fantasia: ua-cam.com/video/7nFphPBOlY0/v-deo.html

La intro me recuerda a "City Song" de Daughters
Samesies - but the chorus on this rocks balls.
Yeah I can see that

Apoco y puedes ver la música?
Come back to Europe after this annoying pandemic. Loved your show in Eindhoven in 2019. Wild and heavy as fuck. Love from Belgium💖
