Do you have a different version of the game? Each play the boss does a move where it sucks you in real close, you can’t escape it. Wish I had the long distance you did to dodge everything, I get turned into minced meat every time

If you don't have enough, trade in some cryo or whatever you won't use and get the sprint feature, during that part turn around and run. When you feel him let up jump and the ring will go under
I tried this but i found making the orbs pop out the ground more efficient. Definitely did get swings in though so thanks!
I borrowed your tactic of using the Swede. Saved a bunch of ammo. I beat this boss on my third try. Much appreciated!

Dev was high on drugs when developed this boss
I put my hand up, I had to lower the game difficulty to get over this guy, really tough
