  • A gentle, soothing, calming sequence with a focus on slowing down.
    Using steady, deep ujjayi breath and a sequence of twists, side bends and forward bends, to quieten the mind, calm the nervous system, leaving you relaxed and peaceful ready for sleep.
    This is also a great sequence if you're feeling anxious during the day.
    Approach this practice with love and compassion for yourself. No need to go deep in to any pose, just far enough to feel the stretch and most of all feel your breath.
    Use your breath to create space, and ease in the body. Gentle inhales, slow exhales to connect to softening and letting go.
