So how do I transfer a file from internal memory to flash drive or computer? Why does this all need to be so complicated? Why can't I just connect my Fluke to my computer with a USB cable and it opens up a folder with my files on it. Been working for hours and still can't get my images from the camera to the computer. SmarView shows an "unidentified camera" but says there are no images on the camera, though there clearly is. Fluke has a LONG way to go with their software still. (Ti480 PRO). At least the batteries last more than 5 minutes on this model.

I would suggest calling 800-44-FLUKE. Have tech support help you

when I connect the camera to the pc using the USB cable and open the software the camera don't appear on the software
the driver is probably not downloading properly. Call 800-44-FLUKE tech support can help
