Hi guys! I just wanted to clarify that the scenes in this video are not the actual events. What I wanted to highlight is the reality of bullying. Bullying happens everywhere and for all different reasons. Bullying is hurtful. Let's all do our part to stop it. I don't mean to put anyone in a bad spot, I only wanted to share with you guys how I was able to get through that season! I hope this helped anyone who needed it ❤️

Bullying is two types: the aggressive ones and the passive ones. The aggressive one harangue you, while the passive ones ignore you. Great video!

A year back i experienced the passive one, and people came up to me (the one that bullied me), act all kind and friendly. And i am conflicted how should i act toward them

been through a lot of bullying and it is something serious lalo na kung bata ka palang pinagdaanan mo na yan mga negative voices ang kasama sa paglaki negative voices ang nagdidikta kung anu at sino ka kung hindi mo lalabanan kaya maraming taong walang direction ang buhay dahil lang sa "simpleng pangbbully sa kanila nung elementary sila" 😞 sino bang magaakala na even Janina went through this matalino,maganda,masayahin,talented,mabait,more than average girl

Di talaga maiiwasan ang bullying kahit san ka pa magpunta..Nabully na rin ako sa school ko at masakit sa pakiramdam na hate na hate tlaga nila ako sa school pero I stand out for myself be a little bit brave but I'm never gonna change about being a crybaby because everytime I hear those negative voices.I just want them to leave me alone but I can't stop them!So yeah this video inspires me to be brave and stand out for yourself!And don't be afraid to stand out for yourself because you still have true friends that are gonna defend you and protect you!😁😊

I love this video about bullying ,Dont treat people like there in hell, accept them for who they are or how they act, Dont change them just because your annoyed or jealous of there sucess and you think he/she doesnt have problems... Think about how your action takes place or what your actions may cause stop bullying.

I felt so bad for Janina (especially since kelan lang to since last year lang siya nag SHS) and then I realized, ganun nga pala talaga. if you're popular in school, if your life seems perfect and you're loved by many, that means people will also be annoyed by your success and get jealous of your beauty, talent, intelligence, influence. They can't stand the attention you get so they bully you instead. Im proud how Janina got through this and how she never stopped despite what happened. Sobrang hirap mabully tas idadamay pa yung homeschool background nya. Bullying in school is one of the things that make homeschool a better option. Anyway, the important thing is Janina rose above the situation and still slays every time

I feel like you were talking to my 2013 self. I survived two suicidal attempts that year because all the bullying took a toll on me and led to clinical depression. The last part of your video speaks so much, I can relate. How you feel you'll never be okay again but then you're so much stronger after a year. today I'm still taking medication, but I'm so much better. the thing that got me most from your video is "So many people love you and want to support you, You just gotta find them"
in 2014 a friend told me that when I went to the US for a conference (ironically after I just survived the toughest time in my student life, I found myself in my dream school. After an org president told me Wala akong mararating, ang tanga-tanga ko lang naman etc. repeatedly, I went to Harvard for a week in an all-expenses paid conf) that I just have to "...find the right people."
Today I have great friends and circles, I also reconnected with old friends who never left me anyway. I resigned from the org that bullied me and joined another one, a much healthier one. Later on I founded an org too. Today I have two organizations who provide good opportunities for me while accepting who I am, how I dress, how big my dreams can get, how I speak at events or share my story, how I pursue my passion be it blogging or conferences or giving back, how I battle for mental health, etc. If I died four years ago, I wouldn't see all this happen.
While I still break down some times, this kept me holding on. I might want to quit everything sometimes, but through God's grace and the people he sent, I will keep going. Tomorrow's going to be beautiful. And today is here to be conquered :)

Ever since elementary I've been bullied till this day I was so depressed I thought of suiciding but till then I realize that we have love ones who care about me and that I have everything to live for I started standing up for myself and I defended myself I told the teachers and they didn't bully me anymore.
Go to someone An adult or a Teacher Or someone who u trust And tell them everything that happen and they will help u don't be afraid and be brave!

what does it feel like when your being bullied? Its like your drowning but everyone around you is breathing. Janina Vela this video spreads such a positive message to others and I am happy there are still nice people in this world. Bullying is something so common now and this video sends a great message to others who are drowning while others are breathing at the surface.
You seem like a nice person. I have very little friends in my neighborhood and I usually watch these videos to inspire me to make new friends here at home but I’m so shy and not only that but I can’t always get a hold of myself because when I am insulted I don’t know why but I think of things to say to be mean back but I realize it’s not who I am. I am a kindhearted person and I love making new friends(At least I would if I wasn’t so much as shy and a scaredy cat 😅) these videos help me to conquer my obstacle of making friends and I’m thankful for that 😊

(I think months ago lang) Well naiiyak lang ako while im watching this vlog. And get emotional na rin. Maraming nag tatanong bakit ang hilig ko daw manood ng vlogs. I've been experiencing a lot of those since Grade 3 and now I'm Grade 6. Bullying is one reason why a person is depressed. Bullies should stop because why should they down someone if they don't want to also be bullied in the first place? I hate those feelings. I love this episode Ate Janina.
