    Thank you for the great tips! They are always very relevant.
    Do you have any videos or suggestions on how to efficiently share content (assignments) from GC and archived GCs with another teacher? Situations like an experienced teacher sharing curriculum with new teacher, teachers assigned to different classes, etc. We unfortunately had a History teacher resign recently. The sub was added to the current GCs, but these courses were also taught last term and archived. My thought was that it would make her job easier if she were able to repost the old assignments and use the old GC to help plan the rest of the year. She isn't certified in history and the textbooks were never used because they were so old. Complicating matters, we are also a rural school, so only had the one History teacher. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

      Hi Christina!
      Glad you enjoyed the video!
      The easiest way to share content from Google classroom is to add the new teacher as a teacher in an existing class.
      They will be able to reuse content into their own class from that point.
      They can also make a copy of the entire class if they want.
      This video talks about transferring a class. The steps are the same for moving content to a new teacher: ua-cam.com/video/EMf9_44BBB8/v-deo.html

      I use Screencastify. I believe Sam and Thom use Screenflow.

      John's correct, we use Screenflow normally but went with Screencastify on this video so it all matched up :)

    Apparently that "show editors" feature is not available for any of my 4 Google accounts, including 3 different education ones....?

      Really? That's unusual. You're looking at a Google doc?

    Is there anyway that Google Documents can show up similar to Google Slides (enlarge the pic without the tabs & other screen stuff being shown)?

    • @jrsowash
      @jrsowash  2 роки тому

      Yes, the first thing I would do is switch to preview mode (top right corner by the share button). This will hide all the editing tools.
      Depending on what type of device you are on you should also be able to go full screen to hide all of your Chrome tabs and bookmarks.
      On a Chromebook I press the full screen button on the top row of keys.
