    Thanks John.
BTW, this is an I-4 engine (inline 4), not a V-4 engine. I probably have the same leak on my 2000 Accord and I will have to take a look at it tomorrow as well. The leak I have is barely noticeable.

FYI: if your power steering fluid looks black or close to black in color it is time to replace it! Very cheap and easy task! Lift up front end of car off the ground so front tires are not touching the ground. Disconnect low pressure power steering hose. **With engine OFF** turn steering wheel from one side allll the way to other side, repeat this motion until power steering fluid stops coming out of the hose. Reconnect the hose and refill the system. Start the car and do the same motion with the steering wheel, all the way to one side then all the way to the other side about 5 or 6 times to bleed the power steering system. Rack and pinion and also power steering pump are expensive items. Replacing the fluid keeps them happy and it's stupid cheap and easy to do. Never hurts to use the genuine Honda power steering fluid if you are unsure what kind to get, better safe than sorry. As someone else said in comments the genuine o-ring being replaced in this video is part # 91370-SV4-000 and under $5 on ebay.

THANK YOU! Saved me from buying the kits with the extra o-ring that is not needed for this generation of Accord. Under $5 shipped to my door via ebay, fook yeah!

How long did you have to run the car after changing the o ring?

After you put it all back together just start the car and turn steering wheel all the way to one side then all the way to the other side 2 or 3 times to bleed out any air. Drive the car around the block then check the power steering fluid level and top it off.
