If you want a super quick way to get those 60 degree angles and others, just use a speed square. Just set the pivot point at one side, rotate it around to align the desired angle with the same with a mark to the opposite side.
45 so the shelf will connect to both corner pieces, cut to fit the tilt-angle (around 20-30). Miter saw is absolutely your friend here, both tilt and skew. Also @YesiPleb 's comment on this vid is a good tip!
Oh, and I also want to say- inset the shelves deeper than I did in my video. The reason for this is it will create a little more room for the plants to not be squashed by the soil above them.
