And, I don't know how they do it there in the biiiiiig city but I know here in the south we don't know how they do it in the biiiiiig city."
Yeah I agree with this criticism, unfortunately in this game there just wasn't a lot going on. Most of the time in between those big cuts I am micromanaging either industry or military, in which case I am focused on those 100%. Also at the end there is a massive time jump that was due to technical difficulties on my behalf. I have some longer videos on the channel, but they came out before I knew how audio compression worked, so they're a bit shit... Might see how well they'd do now sometime, thanks!
It is a weird decision, but this mod compresses a lot of different cultures for whatever reason. Maybe it is game performance or balancing purposes. Every culture in Central Asia is just "Turkic," for example, and India has been simplified into 3-4 big cultural groups.
@@enochinri It is for performance and QOL reasons mainly, you may notice how the game starts to lag by the 1920s, that would be even worse with a gorillion cultures in africa etc.
I notice it in both combat and how competitive it is to industrialize. Countries don't just sit there and not build factories, it feels like being a secondary GP is super competitive in this game. You actually have to work to become a secondary GP. You can't just spam prestige techs and get it every time like in base game. The combat is really insane. In base game, the AI doesn't form front lines, and basically just death stack marches around. In this mod, it is more like what I imagine it would be to fight a human. The AI has actually optimal stack compositions, and organically forms front lines. When playing as Assyria last week, I called in the Russians, and instead of just marching around in death stacks they slowly and methodically would siege provinces, not leaving gaps in the front line and filling it with troops. Never seen anything quite like it in this game.
If you want to see the total number of accepted pops in your nation, hover your cursor over the national focus number below the population counter at the top of the ui.
@@ellidominusser1138 ??? Accepted pops are pops of your accepted culture(s) in your nation. What you are referring to is when you hover your cursor directly on the pop number, I am advising that hovering over the national focuses shows the number of actual accepted pops in your nation.

I kind of want to see you play some great powers with Crimeamod. Could you try Russia?
Amazing video title
Fun videos but I would love to see longer ones, lots of jarring cuts with 10-20 years just whooshed away.

This mod looks like it's based on HPM which is like it but maybe a bit less crazy. Like there isn't industrial slaves!
One weird thing is the complete removal of Sub-Saharan african cultures. I've never really liked that.
HPM has way worse AI though. It's basically in easy mode.

Has this man tried Scotland yet?
commune of france with industrial slaves really makes me think
Especially when you consider how this particular mod handles racism and discrimination...
I read on the mod description for crimeamod that it drastically improves the AI, what's it like to play against?
