Your outdoor chairs that had grease stains, your Dawn Power Wash takes out the stains! That stuff is AMAZING!!! Took orange ink out of my white shirt. Luv your channel!
What I would do would be add 2 large mirrors(arch) on your living room accent wall it would bring in even more light from the windows on the opposite side! Original artwork in your bedroom looked awesome!
It was fun to see the changes, and the way you can move things around in your home and an item fits in another space well. I also appreciate that your husband is so helpful and supports the changes you both implement. Mine likes how I can make a room feel more cohesive but he hates to do any of that work. I worked in my bedroom today too. I have a big room with big furniture. I had my mother's cedar chest at the foot of my 4 post bed since she passed. I decided to move a recliner from one corner to the corner by our bookcase and floor lamp and moved the chest (covered) under an art ledge, and it opened up the room so much. Now, I need to replace the area rug for something that fits the space better. I have a rug coming for my living room that may be better in that space. It does feel good to freshen up a room or two!
I LOVE that style of front door, and I like that yours is 3/4 frosted. That shade is a great idea! I'd be torn between ordering black fabric to match the door, or tan fabric to match the other wood doors in the foyer. Always nice to see Chase!

Personally I liked the older art work in bedroom but its nice for change, also your office looks nice to and bedroom looks bigger with chairs gone and bench love the lamps
Ashley, somebody mentioned this and I agree. I’d love a video on installing those blinds. I really think I’m going to start replacing my blinds with them and it’d be great to see how you guys installed them.
They were super simple. Chase just had to mount two brackets above the windows. Then the shade pops in to the brackets and done! Just need 4 screws that are included.

Hopefully you can find a large rectangular piece of artwork with the same colour palette & texture for your living room wall - looked great! Personally, I prefer your bedroom with the bench rather than those chairs… looks more spacious & calm. Great job getting everything scotchguarded; it’s tedious but worth it! Luv the blue pond!!! Not sure if it works but I've heard Murphy's Oil Soap Wood Cleaner can remove oil stains from clothes and fabrics so you might want to give it a try on your patio furniture.
Put the artwork in your office.. 💕💕💕 my idea would be to hang a gallery wall of black & white photos, with white mats and black frames ( of 9 or 12 ) . When looking at your video, of your living room, I noticed it would balance the black of your television & other pieces . Plus, it will fill your wall nicely!! ❤❤ Love you & your channel!

I've been learning to downsize myself just because I like a piece of furniture. It goes with my style. Even furniture can be cluttery even if you don't have anything that's like clutter. You know what I mean Ashley LOL. I'm glad you kept the artwork for over the bed. I really love it and with the lamps it blends right in and it's not in your face. Good call. Yes, we have one of those big dressers with a trifold mirror. Ashley has inspired me to take the mirrors apart and hang the two smaller ones over the nightstands in the guest room.

At your previous house you used the spray on your ivory fabric dining chairs that you had on the ends of your dining table. It was when you had the four black chairs on the sides.
Yes, we wanted to do that to the front door originally, but when we ordered them it ended up being a scam and had to fight to get money back. So we never really searched for another company after that and decided to go with a shade
I love both pictures. The old one looks good in either the living room or office. The new one seems too small for those areas. I may have to go find something similar. Love those neutrals.
Try those grease spots again with diluted Dawn dish soap. I keep a little squirt bottle in my laundry room with approx 1 cup of water and 2 tbsp of Dawn so I can treat any grease stains I see. AND I've even used it successfully on stains that have been washed and dried!! It does work best if it has time to sit. Overnight is best.

Bedroom looks nice without the chairs. I liked the look of with and without bench. Both nice. New lamps are cute. What happened to the other whitish ceramic ones from Target. I loved that look so much I got them for my bedroom 😂 I think that picture does look better in your office. I have dark walls throughout my house and I love them but they do get scuffed up. Amazon has a paint pen that's like a fine tip marker that I keep all colors in and just walk around and touch up when needed. I hate having to drag out the paint can. Makes life so easy.
Everything turned out beautifully. Isn't it funny how the chairs looked great but then you really see after removing how much space they took up. The artwork looks great in the bedroom. The larger lamps really balanced it out. Love the other artwork. Are you still thinking about a piece for the living room or still deciding between that and an accent wall. Great video!

I have dark walls throughout my house and I love them but they do get scuffed up. Amazon has a paint pen that's like a fine tip marker that I keep all colors in and just walk around and touch up when needed. I hate having to drag out the paint can. Makes life so easy.
Everything turned out beautifully. Isn't it funny how the chairs looked great but then you really see after removing how much space they took up. The artwork looks great in the bedroom. The larger lamps really balanced it out. Love the other artwork. Are you still thinking about a piece for the living room or still deciding between that and an accent wall. Great video!
