In every colleges and schools in Bangalore we have metal events! Im talking about way before UA-cam, I watched Iron maiden live in India Bangalore in 2007, I watched Metallica in 2011 in Bangalore then I moved to Australia 🇦🇺. Our metal Scene is still powerful!. Just had to comment as I had the same reaction to the breakdown/rhythm but I'm in the UK and play bodhran, traditional Irish/Celtic drum, where you heard Maori I definitely heard Irish...some rhythms just seem universal! Used to work to work with a bunch of guys from various asian backgrounds, Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi etc, we had a work party with a DJ and live dhol (the bhangra drum in the video) players walking about in the crowd, feckin awesome! I love how you're sold on the song like 10 seconds in. I had pretty much the same reaction the first time I heard the song.

If bloodywood doesn't get you moving, nothing will. This is an amazing band that I have been following for years now... Since before the lead singer joined them

Exact same reaction I had. When that prechorus hit I was in shock... and when the proper chorus hits, shook is the word. It's just staggeringly powerful.
My wife's family is first gen over in the US from Mumbai. The political climate over there is as hopeless as here- but with a vastly more deadly oppressive urgency. These guys put that feeling to sound, and they do the same with treatment of women, etc. Love these guys.

I love that the Indian culture has embraced this art form to process and deliver powerful messages. If you hear/see this song from any other lenses, it takes away from the point of the music. Congrats on the song, love it! 🤘🏽👍🏽💪🏽👏🏽❤️🥰

Bloodywood's Metal is amazing but what's even more impressive is the fact they were able to accommodate, the Indian traiditional instruments and dances into Western Genre. It is the one of the most difficult things to do, and these guys have managed to do it without ruining the sound of metal and the sound of classical indian instruments

They've been on my Playlist since it came out! Greetings from the U.S.! Has The Hu - Wolf Totem - been suggested yet?? Mongolian Folk Metal song. Super unique sound with some wicked custom instruments. There are 2 versions with the newest featuring Jacob Shaddix. I jam to their other songs too. Enjoy!
