this tour started so well with what appeared to be amazing grounds, but fizzled in a huge way. did i miss the pool? those muddy pools of water...yikes! ain't no way this is worth $9M. the beach would have to be white sand and deeper before even coming close. one critique on your vids, imo: too much in the way of close-ups with the camera without perspective. i'd recommend showing different aspects of rooms/areas from afar, before zooming in. like...if the kitchen or living room are going to be shown, stand back as far as possible first.

I'm sure this is sold by now, but I'm wondering how those tide pools are being filled. Is the high tide coming over the wall? Also, since they are so still, are they a breeding ground for mosquitos?
It is sold but if you are interested in the Puako area let me know. We are seeing some activity in that area. As for the tide pools, they actually just rise up from below. Our porous lava rock has water moving through it. And because it's brackish (some salt water some fresh water) mosquitoes are not much of an issue.
Best ocean front property absolutely love the expansive view with palm trees giving it a true Hawaii feel.

No so much for the flying insects. Definitely not as bad as Florida, but it is the tropics.
