I literally just watched the original video for this house last week so I was a little confused haha. I am surprised that in a year, the price for this house had gone up this much, especially with the current market. Great video as always though!

2 yrs ago I said this is the house for me now, since it's back up I've realized it won't fit my needs now. Awesome all around beautiful but the one thing I would change is that fire place blocking your view from the entry I would relocate it.
I keep coming back to this house, what about solar panels?
Water supply, is there a cistern?
What about outside shower?
Aside of master bathroom bathtub- I would make several changes, bathtubs out.
County water, solar can be added, and you can add all the showers you like!

ALOHA Mike, enticing property. I wish you had taken an overhead view of the lower reaches of the property, detailing the plantings on the borders of the expansive lawn there. Also, I noted 2 large ground mount solar arrays on the slope directly south of the Hale; are they operational? A lot of panels just to heat up a pool I think. Anyway, Mahalo for another Ono Video!😍👍
Nice catch. Those are for the pool, and it's those plastic black matts with tubes. The sun heats them up and that heats the water.

I see a lot of maintenance Mike. Maybe in future videos you can help us with an idea of how much it would be. I mean cleaning that house, lawn mowing, gardening, pest control, tree trimming, and pool maintenance. Chemicals for pools tripled in price in the main land. Probably in the $1000 range per month.
People who buy homes for $4million plus dont pay attention to monthly upkeep costs.
That's 100% true.
If you are paiting someone for the pool, landscape and cleaning, it's probably more than double that.
If maintenance has you concerned give the 4 million to the people at the assisted living. i'm sure they do all the maintenance
As much as I like the views on kona I'll pass for Oahu because of speed limits and roads as I'm an avid motorcyclist. Show more Oahu real estate please.

There is a volcano on the other side of the island. Last eruption on this side was 200 years ago in a different area.
