An idea for a video would be dividend payers where you analyze large maturing cash cow companies like Google and PayPal that seem to be in the position of starting to payout growing dividends soon. I’m new in investing and still doing my research.
nice idea, I had a financial emergency late 2019 and sold my shares for a healthy profit to cover the expense, still wish I hung on to those shares today and just opened a credit card instead, but then I had no sort of guide or expert counsel
Having an investment advisor is the best way to go about the stock market right now. I was going solo, but it wasn't working. I’ve been in touch with an advisor for a while now, and just last year, I made over 80% capital growth minus dividends.
Dividends from the stock market encouraged me to begin investing. What matters, in my opinion, is that if you invest and make additional money in addition to dividends, you will be able to live off of dividends without selling. It implies that you can provide that benefit for your children, giving them a head start in life. I've invested more than $600,000 in dividend stocks throughout the years; I'm currently buying more today and will continue to do so until the price falls even further.
Hearing from an experienced investor who has survived the crisis and prospered is always comforting. It could be worrisome when your portfolio goes from green to red, but if you have invested in strong firms, you should just keep growing them and stick to your goal.
I wholeheartedly concur, which is why I appreciate giving an investment coach the power of decision-making. Given their specialized expertise and education, as well as the fact that each and every one of their skills is centered on harnessing risk for its asymmetrical potential and controlling it as a buffer against certain unfavorable developments, it is practically impossible for them to underperform. I have made over $400K working with an investment coach for more than two years.
The adviser I'm in touch with is Vivian Carol Gioia. You can use something else, for me her strategy works hence my result. she provides entry and exit point for the securities I focus on.
Vivian appears to possess a strong grasp of her field. Upon perusing her online page, I reviewed her credentials, educational history, and qualifications, which were all quite impressive. As a fiduciary who prioritizes my best interests, I proceeded to schedule a meeting with her.
The thing to me is, if you invest and have other income outside of dividends then you will be able to live off dividends without selling. Which means you can pass that on to your kids which will give them a leg up in life. $52k dividends received in 2022.
I agree! That's why it is advisable that you have to invest while you still have a regular job or earning a regular income, and do it constantly. You still need to have something that will keep you going even if you're investing. Good financial planning and money allocation is the key.
I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured some money in value stocks and digital assets,i accrued over $80K in dividends last year
Carol Vivian Constable is the licensed fiduciary I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment..
The problem we have is because Most people always taught that " you only need a good job to become rich " . These billionaires are operating on a whole other playbook that many don't even know exists.
" It is remarkable how much long term advantage people like us have gotten by trying to be consistently not stupid , instead of trying to be very intelligent."
The wisest thing that should be on everyone mind currently should be to invest in different streams of income that doesn't depend on government paycheck, especially with the current economic crisis around the world. This is still a time to invest in Stocks, Forex and Digital currencies.
I also keep seeing lot's of people testifying about how they make money investing in Stock, Forex and Crypto Trade(Bitcoin) and I wonder why I keep loosing. Can anyone help me out or at least advice me on what to do.
Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others. As an investor, you should've known that by now that nothing beats experience and that's final. Personally I had to reach out to a stock expert for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to $35k, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I'm buying again.
I just sold a property in Portland and I'm thinking of putting the cash in stocks, I know everyone is saying it's ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy stocks? How long until a full recovery? How are other people in the same market raking in over $200k gains with months, I'm really just confused at this point.
Yes, a good number of folks are raking in huge 6 figure gains in this downtrend, but such strategies are mostly successfully executed by folks with in-depth market knowledge.
@@MyrtleBarry It all depends on how long you're willing to hold for, stocks might likely tank further, but making serious gains in this downtrend wouldn't be a problem if you're a pro.
@@DennisRusso632 The reason I decided to work closely with a brokerage adviser ever since the market got really tense and the pressure became so much(I should be retiring in 17months) so I've had a brokerage adviser guide me through the chaos, its been 9months and counting and I've made approx. 650K net from all of my holdings.
My spouse and I are adding a variety of stocks/ETF to my present holdings for the long term, We've set aside $250k to start following inflation-indexed bonds and stocks of companies with solid cash flows, I believe it is a good time to capitalize on the market for long-term gains, but it wouldn't hurt to know means of actualizing short term profit.
Personally, I would say have a mentor. Not sure where you will get an experienced one, but if your knowledge of the market is limited, it seems like a good bet.
Rather of relying on penny stocks, I wish to diversify my assets by investing in ETFs/index funds/mutual funds and stocks of corporations with stable cash flows. I received $400k from the selling of my property. What should I do?
Remember that investing in the market carries risks, and it’s important to do your own research and consult with a financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
With the help of an investment advisor, I was able to diversify my $550K portfolio across multiple markets, and in just a few months, I was able to earn over $950K in net profit from high dividend yielding stocks, ETFs, and mutual funds
Please who is the consultant that assist you with your investment and if you don't mind, how do I get in touch with them? My portfolio is in the red waters right now

Managing money is different from accumulating wealth, and the lack of investment education in schools may explain why people struggle to maintain their financial gains. Investors should exercise caution with their exposure and exercise caution when considering new investments, particularly during periods of inflation. It is advisable to seek guidance from a professional or trusted advisor in order to navigate this recession and achieve potential high yields
Through closely monitoring the performance of my portfolio, I have witnessed a remarkable growth of $508k in just the past two quarters. I think you're better off with majority investment in S&P500 and uprising equities cos they always outperform. Alternatively speaking to a certified market strategist can help with pointers on which to acquire.
Right, when it comes to situations like this, it's ideal to engage in various options using an advisor, and I can attest to success of the basket approach seeing my portfolio grow from $350k to almost $1m in barely 3 years, by far my best financial milestone.

I am regretting not investing in stocks ever since but still grateful i kept money in the money market. With about $200k maturing soon, i plan investing in the stock market. What stocks should I look into as a newbie to safely grow my money?
Thats when you hire someone to manage your money. You need a (CFP) straight up! personally, I would invest in ETF's and also love investing in individual stocks.
I took charge of my portfolio but faced losses in 2022. Realizing the need for a change, I sought advice from a fiduciary advisor. Through restructuring and diversification with dividend stocks, ETFs, Mutual funds, and REITs, my $1.2M portfolio surged, yielding an annualized gain of 28%.

Love watching your videos! I am learning alot, but I have a question. I want to start investing into divedend stocks, but I can only start with $100 a month right now. Could you give me some advice on what to start with?
If you are able to add $100 a month to your portfolio, you will definitely experience the compounding effect of your investment in 5 or 10 years. In the long run, it's not about how much you invest; it's about how soon you get started.
@Johnsmoneyadventures thanks for the reply, I haven't been on in a bit so just saw this. I guess my real question is what to start with... I am looking to supplement what will be my retirement. I know I won't have a huge portfolio, but I will have my pension, social security and a disability payment when I retire. I just want to hedge against inflation, so we won't struggle.
This is similar to a question already asked. But John, if the initial investment is doubled, tripled, etc. And the DRIP is set, does the compounding also double, triple, etc and is the time period lessened for the same goal?
With reinvestment, the compound effect, also known as the snowball effect, becomes very apparent. Moreover, as you extend the timeline, you will observe your value doubling and even tripling in progressively shorter periods of time.
I am curious how you feel about ABR now that they have been shorted and stock prices are plummeting. Is it time to buy in now that it is cheap or have they now become to much of a risk?
I was advised to diversify my portfolio among several assets such as stocks and bonds since this can protect my portfolio for retirement of about $150k. I want to know: Do I keep contributing to my portfolio in these unstable markets, or do I look into alternative sectors?
The market is volatile at this time, hence i will suggest you get yourself a financial-advisor that can provide you with entry and exit points on the shares/ETF you focus on.
Question... if you park 20X the 10K.. and parked 200K... does that mean the 100 a day is going to be 2000 a day (20x the investment start)? so 200K in 15 or 16 years wound be 2K a day or 60 K a month in dividends? This on those last 2 example stocks.
So the more money you pump into your dividend stock, the quicker you could earn a passive income ? As in, reinvest the dividends but continue to add extra money in ?
It's not short-term past performance. Most of these companies are Dividend Aristocrats or Dividend Kings. They have a history of 25 or 50 years, for that matter.
This is the type of stuff they should have taught us in high school back in the 60s 70s and 80s. But I'm watching this video when I'm still waiting for the low investment because 10,000 to me is a high investment
I like REITs. One thing to consider is the tax implications. Dividends from stocks are taxed at the long term capital gain rate when held for a year and a day plus. That is ~20% no matter how much you earn. REITs, for a reason I don’t understand, are taxed the same as earned income. For high income earners this could be a factor to consider. Maybe a REIT would best be purchased in an IRA. Mask On Nurse Marty (Ret)
I don’t t understand how you have to invest so much right off the bat to earn the $100 per day but in twenty some years when it’s not worth as much as you would have to invest today you still make the same per day. Someone please make this make sense to me.
We use Dividend Reinvestment Plans, starting with a moderate budget. Initially, it takes some time to reach a specific amount. From there, we can observe the effects of compounding as well as the appreciation in value.
Like Warren Buffet said, dividends are only good if the business you're investing into can't make good use of that capital. So, if you're trying to invest in businesses with actual growth, looking at dividends is a waste of time. Why are you investing into a company if they're returning capital to you because they think you can make better use if it than they can. It's not much different from bond investing. The way I see it, if you have a $1 million at some point, that'd be enough to create a portfolio that would pay you between 50k - 70k in dividend income.
Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are alot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look.
Very true! I've been able to scale from $50k to $189k in this red season because my financial advisor figured out defensive strategies that help portfolios be less vulnerable to market downturns

I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Mrs. Charlotte Miller
Every time I come across one of these videos there’s a stupid conversation like this in the comments. You guys literally sound like AI generated comments, nobody has a conversation like this.😂
I dont understand why you have to invest over 1M+ today to get the 3k a month pay out, but if you invest 10k and build portfoloio to only 150k, your payout will be equivalent?? It makes no sense to me
"It's because of the constant dividend growth over the years, and there are stocks that increase their dividend by a certain percentage every year. Some have been doing this for over 50 years consecutively. Those stocks are called dividend kings.
The thing to me is, if you invest and have other income outside of dividends then you will be able to live off dividends without selling. Which means you can pass that on to your kids which will give them a leg up in life. $52k dividends received in 2022.

Moreover, as you extend the timeline, you will observe your value doubling and even tripling in progressively shorter periods of time.
great content. Can you make a video where you teach how you make these calculations on years of growth
added to the list
I am curious how you feel about ABR now that they have been shorted and stock prices are plummeting. Is it time to buy in now that it is cheap or have they now become to much of a risk?
Start by investing in one, and then slowly build a portfolio. That's the basic strategy if you are starting out.
For all of these stocks how many shares need to be purchased to make your numbers work
I was advised to diversify my portfolio among several assets such as stocks and bonds since this can protect my portfolio for retirement of about $150k. I want to know: Do I keep contributing to my portfolio in these unstable markets, or do I look into alternative sectors?
The market is volatile at this time, hence i will suggest you get yourself a financial-advisor that can provide you with entry and exit points on the shares/ETF you focus on.
How can I go about investing in the crypto and stock market? Real estate sounds good too but it's all boils down to the right investment plan.
I'm looking out for a better investing strategy. Please do you mind sharing any means of reaching out to her easily? I'm really interested
The fact that i got to learn and earn from her program is everything to me think about it, it's a win for both ways.
Question... if you park 20X the 10K.. and parked 200K... does that mean the 100 a day is going to be 2000 a day (20x the investment start)? so 200K in 15 or 16 years wound be 2K a day or 60 K a month in dividends? This on those last 2 example stocks.
So the more money you pump into your dividend stock, the quicker you could earn a passive income ? As in, reinvest the dividends but continue to add extra money in ?
So I let's say I put 10k in abbit. How much more money would I have to put into abbit per month to reach the $100 a day?
It's not short-term past performance. Most of these companies are Dividend Aristocrats or Dividend Kings. They have a history of 25 or 50 years, for that matter.
That didn't answer the question...

Great content. Much appreciated
My pleasure! ❤️
What’s annoying to me is how few options I have in my 401k
I don’t t understand how you have to invest so much right off the bat to earn the $100 per day but in twenty some years when it’s not worth as much as you would have to invest today you still make the same per day. Someone please make this make sense to me.
So would $39,011 invested for 3.5 years still become $147,901? Or is it something about the time I’m not getting?
Looking at the first stock example.
Could you kindly leave your investment advisor's contact information here? I absolutely must have one.

Would it be stupid to invest 2.5k in each of theses companies?
👍🏼 very much
Thank you! Cheers! ❤️
What if invest $500k upfront and wait for 20 years?
135000X 4.05% =$ 5467 / YEAR = $455/MONTH NOT $3000. FIX YOUR CALCULATOR!
The explanation doesn’t make sense. There is price growth and dividends growth.
Question for every one, name a stock you Will keep buying and never stelling
Not sure where this guy learned his math😂.
caveat emptor: all things said here happen ONLY if the stocks do NOT dramatically drop in price for the next 20 to 25 years
It takes into account the highs and lows, based on past performance
I'd be interested in the best stocks to get that will pay verrrrrrry well if you have less than $100 to spend.
Dividend etfs
Svol, jepi, jepq, spyi, main, stag… I can keep going man
None of the strategy 2 outcomes are correct.
Sounds like a waste of time
John's semen too!
I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured some money in value stocks and digital assets,i accrued over $80K in dividends last year
I’ve been down a ton, I’m only holding on so I can recoup, I really need help, who is this investment-adviser that guides you?
My consultant is ‘’ Natalie Lynn Fisk’’ I found her on a CNBC interview where she was featured and reached out to her afterwards. She has since provide entry and exit points on the securities I focus on. You can look her up online if you care supervision. I basically follow her trade pattern and haven't regretted doing so.
Thanks for sharing, I just liquidated some of my funds to invest in the stock market, I will need every help I can get.
