Doesn't seem to work anymore, it keeps starting off on "release". I had just finished Family Matters when my PC crashed, over a week of gameplay lost :(. Origin cloud saves are useless

Loading any file just resets the game. Is there any way around this? I was on "family matters" when my pc crashed and then my save file was corrupted.
