😁👋🏼☺️ Mrs Camera Lady & Dave! Congratulations! 🎈🎉🍼🍼💞💞🥰
That was one of the most relaxed pairings I've seen on your channel. What a beautiful moment. ❤
Congratulations on the arrival of your grandson Joseph ❤

Dave you put national geographic to shame, outstanding, congrats on the success
Your very kind ❤️👍
Gorgeous blue💙💙💙💙
Congratulations grandma and grandpa! I was concerned when there was no video. I was hoping all was well. I wish you the very best. Thank you for this amazing video. What a pity they don't keep that lovely blue, but they are still stunning. Hoping for a big egg sac.
What a great pairing, thanks for sharing . Congratulations on all your other firsts as well .
Hi What an amazing pairing. She took a while to come out, maybe to keep his attention. So great to catch it on film. Camera lady always gets the best views.. So happy to hear about your grand son Joseph. You have have had a lot of things happening to keep you busy. I am so glad to see a young spider with those beautiful blue legs. Can't wait to see her egg sack, i hope that she has a huge one, with lots of babies inside.❤🕷🕸Cindy Florida USA
❤❤❤❤
Aww ..Congratulations! Awesome video. This made me smile.
1:15 a.m. I can’t sleep until I watch your new spiders and video!
1:32 a.m. Now I can go to sleep. This went really well and hopefully we will see good results!
❤❤❤❤
Bloody Amazing! Great footage. I love your commentry Dave!
You are forgiven for missing the Monday video. I always look forward to watching them when I get home from work! And Congratulations on the new Grandson!!!!
Thank you 🙏
Rewatching. Nice pairing.
I LOVE SPOIDAHS
Me too!!! Even the *ugliest* the infamous Sydney funnel web! I ❤ them too! And although I am born & bred QLD Australia & never seen them IRL, I defo would admire them from a distance if I ever encountered one! IWISH I HAD more fun spiders in my house then the daddy long legs that frequently inhabit QLD homes !
I am arachnophobic, but.... I enjoy seeing Dave's beasties finding them quite interesting and for many, beautiful.
@@tarantulasarecool i love the web architecture of all spiders and imagining that they are 6 feet tall.
@@debrabolton9372 same i was always freaked out at spiders but in reality they are fascinating. When i lived in Arizona I would see Black Widows all over the place in late summer, under my dad's bike there was a community web of around 8 black widows and one huge one managed to catch a lizard all to itself.
I had even grown a widow in my brother's old Bearded Dragon lizard tank after my other brother had sat with it in front of his feet for months under his desk, it had a huge network under a hollowed out log fixture and had built several thick layers of web above it spanning the entire 6ft tank, and males managed to somehow sneak into her sealed tank (she probably ate them afterwards) and she had laid several eggs which we discarded because of the danger of having them all over in the backroom.
There was even two brown widow females under our couch and dozens of black widow nests in the backyard.
But none of it compares to the summer when I was little and we had a plague of frogs - after a summer storm there were thousands, if not tens to hundreds of thousands or millions of fingertip sized frogs hopping all over the street, it was the best summer ever and i had nasty warts on my fingers and toes to show for it.
I just heard you became a grandpa And grandma I also became a great grandma My grandson just adopted a baby boy hes hes one month old, My 1st great grandson last year was named Joseph also,, So congratulations all the way around.
Amazing ❤❤❤
Congratulations Dave and camera lady. Had us a bit worried. I don’t envy you having to move house with your massive collection to manage as well as all the ordinary hassles. Welcome to the new grandson. Very gentle pairing with the spiders. Keep our fingers crossed for a good result there.
❤❤❤
Great video nice 👍 👌 👏
You can easily be forgiven for forgetting an episode especially where new grandchildren are concerned. It is a most wonderful time, and it takes first place over everything else. So, congratulations Grandma and granddad, enjoy your little one as often as you can. I have eight grandchildren and love them to bits. They briny so much joy. Lovely pairing by the way and I do hope you have ended up the first to have filmed this, what a privilege and congratulations once again.
The protomolecule spider!
😉
This was... most interesting. I feel privileged to have the opportunity to watch something that very few people have been able to see. Many thanks...👍👍
Dear Dave, there are some News you had to Tell. All the best to the grandson and the new house, I think you will have a hudge beastie room there 😁. This Video is really awesome. As always. You could educate students in an University. Your knowlage is awesome, and have always the right words.
❤️❤️❤️thank you ❤️❤️❤️
Can't take the birupes seriously any more since it was doing a few laps of your head Dave !! xx
😂😂😂😂
Congratulations
Abfab, beautiful ❤️ pairing, loved the Mae West from her, come up and see 👀 me sometime lol.
Congrats on the newest "beasty" (i.e. your grandson)!!!!
You are doing such a great service to science, a regular David Attenborough! You say you work at a zoo? Do you bring your knowledge home to work with your wonderful friends?
I used to work at a zoo many years ago
Curious is there anything in the scientific literature of this breeding method? It's brilliant to see a hobbyist think about and keep the animals the way you do. You offer a lot of what other channels don't which is devotion on a level few do.
Thank you so much ❤️👍
Might I suggest that you name her "Pristine"
That was fascinating. Never seen anything like it before. Are spider pairings usually more aggressive or violent?
I think it might depend on the species
All depends on the species 👍
Yay! Hello Dave and Camera Lady.😊. You were both missed earlier this week. I am so glad your hiatus was due to happy reasons. Congratulations on little Joseph! 👩🍼🍼😘I am sure he will love spiders as much as Grandpa 👴and grandma 👵🏻 do.
One of my favorite spiders! What an amazing video! We can all say that we were there when these were first paired in captivity. How exciting!😮 Very strong positive energy being sent to that girl for a huge, healthy ⚕️🩺sac. She looked to be in perfect condition and she was so ready for that boy. ❤. I think it is very promising. Now, a couple questions. Was there anything unique about the sperm web this boy made? Did you happen to catch him at it by chance? I also noticed in the juvies tub that he seems to have shredded his moult. Little bits of that gorgeous blue laying around. I wonder, will those pieces maintain the electric blue? You could make some lovely delicate jewelry with those bits. Just a thought. 😊. I am off to dream land. Thanks again for the epic video. Y’all take care of each other and that new baby. Stay safe and we will see you in a few days. Good night!🌖🪐💫🌗
'...I am sure he will love spiders as much as Grandpa...'
That's the one advantage of having relatives 'in the hobby'. Their family members don't have the usual reaction to spiders, snakes etc. It's the same with me and my reptiles.
Yes they do retain there colour
I’m sure the blue throughout the Tarantula kingdom for attracting insects, not for attracting mate’s ?
I think she needs a smoke
That would be amazing to have seen the first of this kind breed!! I hope that you're the first to capture hope to hear an update!! Love your spiders and dedication to these unique videos:)
Thank you they have been bred before I just haven’t seen it on film ?
Wow - after watching so many pairings I thought this one was so gentle. The waving at the end from the male was like 'thankyou m' am' and she was like - I need to take a moment now 👍😊
I find this really fascinating. It's so interesting to see the differences between species in how they do their courtship rituals. I can genuinely tell you that Daves video's totally changed my views on spiders, to the point where I'm getting my first T. Call out to all fans of daves channel, let's get as many signatures as we can to get one of the tv channels to offer dave his own show.
Glad you enjoyed it!❤️
Here in Korea, the market was overrun with brown-boxed adults and the prices went tumbling down. Now very few peole breed them.
That’s interesting 🙏
Ah glad to see yous back 😊 didn't feel the same starting my week without yous 😅. Hope yous had a lovely chilled Bank holiday and 🤞🤞🤞 yous get a giant healthy sac, great upload as always Dave, Camera Lady ❤
Congratulations on becoming grandparents too just finished watching lol, and best of luck with the move 🤞🤞🤞
Thank you 🙏
@@charliemum❤❤❤❤
Lol how can you forget?? Tut tut 🤪.
Saying that, awesome and gentle pairing. Hopefully she's gravid already, fingers crossed for you...

Astonishing! Truly unique footage! 10/10
I kept looking Monday evening and Tuesday and thought maybe I have missed you saying you weren't doing Monday anymore🤔Congratulations on the birth of Joseph👶. Very interesting today, very pretty spider before it reaches maturity. I hope for you Dave and T she does double clutch, thank you once again. Ooooh hope the move goes well!🎉😊💓👵💐
Hi Dave!! your pairing videos are my favorite!! I'm always excited when you post one. Tell Camera lady she's amazing too!! she gets the best angles!!!
Dave you looked like a daddy sending your daughter out on her 1st date So proud, Those spiders were absolutely beautiful with the jet black and the cream color, Lovely long legs, A video to be proud of thank you so much for sharing.💖🕷🕷🕷📷👏👏
It's a bad situation. I had withdrawel symptoms Monday 😂 congratulations on new baby grandson Joseph ❤
WOW! Thanks for the video Dave! What a relaxed pairing :)
An outstanding pairing! The male went in their like a hero!
Congrats on the grand baby! And the pairing of these guys!
❤❤❤❤
Yay! You are back.
Absolutely marvelous pairing Dave!! Congrats with those two spiders I hope very much it was successful and she produces good sacs! Great footage as well almost like being in the enclosure. BRAVO Dave!!👏🕷
Good morning 😊
Excellent pairing Dave! What a stunning species! Hopefully you'll get a large healthy eggsack! We need all of these beautys that we can get in the hobby!! Bravo!!👏
Oh and the Young Spider you showed You can really see that neon blueJust jumps out at you, What a stunning spider Absolutely stunning.👍🕷🕷🕷
Wow. That was smooth. Although the blue is stunning I must say their adult colouring is still very pretty.
I was waiting for your video to drop on Monday too lol, great video again thanks for sharing. Absolutely stunning spider's.
Oh this makes me happy dear David and Sweet Camera Lady and such rarity never seen before on film too! I hope for a successful outcome and good eggsack!🕷❤👍 Have a wonderful end of the week, take care! Greetings to all your viewers and perhaps spider lovers out there, too! Tomorrow I will visit my son and then I will see Luni too. The tarantula who lived with me and my husband for some years when our son couldn't care for her. She is a Grammostola Rosea and she is old but still looks very good! She had an owner before my son and she must be at least 17 to 18 years old now or more.
Congrats on the latest little family addition Joseph 🎂😊 Are you moving house to get better hobby options? 😃
Great video as always, I'm glad the reason for a missing video was a lot of positives going on 🤗
Great stuff as usual. Probably a silly question but does incubation temperature affect spiders in the same way as it does reptiles? Also does genetic diversity make a difference?
Genetics will always make a difference but with spiders its less noticeable becouse they are such basic creatures , and yes incubation temps will affect the time of development theres not been much study to see if it effects the sex ratio ?I doubt it does ?
@@daveslittlebeasties would be an interesting project maybe to incubate 2 sacs at different temperatures and see if it does affect gender? It would be interesting to see if climate change could spell problems by producing an imbalance in the wild. I know that is having some impact on turtles and crocodilians.
Congratulations to all the family on the birth of a bouncing Baby Boy Joseph . n what a great video of a pairing fingers crossed for a successful pairing and egg sac ...
Excellent.
Congratulations on baby Joseph!
Congratulations on this pairing! I look forward to seeing the results.
Sending much love and light from here.
Thank you 🙏
That was fantastic. Well done all concerned. The slings will be amazing-I wonder if she'll have a lot of eggs?
Brilliant footage.
I notice it was a lot 'quieter' pairing than some of the ones you've shown.
That was really cool. Her fangs looked at the ready though. Hope she produces well. Thanks to the both of you.
Greetings and salutations Dave and Mrs Camera Lady! Congratulations and welcome to baby Joseph! What blessed news! And an exciting spider too!
I do have a question. Does it make any difference when you pair your spiders, the time of day that you pair them? Do nocturnal ones prefer at night and vice versa? Does it really matter? Are there changes in their preferences during the winter months when we have less daylight?
Just an odd question too, guess this is 2 questions not 1...it is 1AM where I am in Peterborough Ontario Canada 🇨🇦 when your new videos are available online. What time is it for you in your time when you make them available? No reason in particular for asking. Just curious. Keep up the good work you two! Thanks and praise!
Some species need more conditioning than others , and it’s 6am here when video released ❤
Missed you on Monday but im glad there was good reasons for your absence, welcome to the world baby Joseph!❤❤❤❤
❤❤❤❤❤
Congratulations on your Grandson! Glad it was good news that you missed the last video time. Nice pairing. Thanks for another great video.
Thank you 🙏
I know it's only been a couple of days Dave and Camera Lady but you were very much missed. Glad your back
❤❤❤❤❤❤
I always find myself holding my breath when the males go marching on into the temple of doom, damn they're brave...
Always amazing footage Dave.👍😀👍
It's always great when the male does his job and lives to mate another day. Well done all!
Loved the video that was some great footage!! Congratulations on the new grandson enjoy him mate atb.
Thank you my friend ❤
He was right under her massive fangs. Spiders are brave.
Congratulations! How exciting!

Well done, Dave & Camera Lady!!!🤘
Awesome footage, and fingers crossed for a happy result. Geez Dave, you were definitely channelling Sir David Attenborough throughout the commentary. 😂 Massive congratulations on the newest member to the clan.🎉
❤❤❤❤
Taping breeding spiders is not for the impatient.
Nope....! 😂
Very nice job filming guys, beautiful Ts ! Good luck with her sac !
I remember seeing one in person back at the 2018 SEAS show and was blown away by how vibrant the blues were. Impressive spiders. Fingers crossed the pairing is successful. I would love to get a few.
Awesome video Dave, congratulations on capturing such an amazing pairing and the birth of your grandson 🥳❤
Thank you ❤❤❤
Congrats on your new grandson, Dave and Camera Lady ! Very nice footage, by the way. I must say I was surprised to see that the adult female didn't have any blue on her, much like P. metallica which lose their blue as they get older. That being said, it's still a beautiful looking animal. Wonder how many slings a sac will bring ? Will be looking forward to updates from this pairing.
Stay safe and thanks for sharing :)
Thank you 🙏 ❤
Oh my gosh congratulations on your new grand baby! That's so exciting! And yes I was worried about you when you didn't post a video on Sunday lol.
❤❤❤
Dave this is sooo amazing, how stunning they are gorgeous. I was noticing their feet before you mentioned it how they been I thought they were broken? But you are right are just very fragile like and they look like they do use them to feel around with them..wow I saw her every episode that you put out and I forgot about the talk about these new species I believe it was 2018?? But definitely want to see more and know more about them, keep us posted please my friend. A marvelous video
Congratulations on the new grandchild congratulations on a new place for a New journey for you and the camera lady..😂 I wish you guys the best and enjoy this wonderful journey on your new home with alot of love and happiness my friend..
God bless
Cheers
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Some great footage there dave. I was worried for you when I didn't see a video on Monday 😅 althoughi thought it might of been because it was a bank holiday. Glad to hear everything's OK, congratulations on the birth of your grandson. Also can't wait to see your new set up 😊
Thank you we will document the move 👍
Glad your both well and in high spirits. Congratulations on the new grandson and as always an interesting video. I missed your video Monday and was hoping you were ok and just took a day off.. 😁👍🍀🇮🇪
❤❤❤
Congrats Dave and Camera Lady on the arrival of your grandson. I am glad you got a video out today, you were missed but you have an excuse so........ Family comes first lol
❤❤❤❤
Congratulations on your grandson.
So incredible to watch the movements of the male...Nice job! Great footage!
Yup.
It's like he's saying:" I am one cool daddy-o, rocking on the patio."😄👍
I hope, that they get lots of little ones.🥰
WOW what a great pairing, and making history at that! We did miss you guys Monday morning, but so happy to hear it was for a great reason. 😊 Congratulations to you both!! 🎉👼🏼
❤️❤️❤️
Hi that's a beautiful tarantula. B simoroxigourm are definitely cool. I'm wandering how Venomous are cyriopagopus minax because I would like to maybe get one sometime. I know most if not all cyriopagopus are dangerously Venomous but I'm not sure if the cyriopagopus minax is a exeptson. And I'm not a beginner tarantula keeper. Have a great day everyone. 🕷️🕸️🦈
None are dangerously venomous ? they have a significant bite but not life threatening all depends on how you react as an individual to the effects of the venom,
Congratulations on the birth of Joseph, if you hold a baby it is said that your memory will improve so we wait, lol! They are stunning spiders with their neon legs and with black legs I have never seen these on any channel before so thank you for the gorgeous video! ❤
😂😂😂❤❤❤
In the actual film you mentioned that you had one female juvenile .what happened to her .
Was the juvenile you showed us related to the mating male or a different clutch.
Confusion today. 😳
They are unrelated
Absolutely awesome pairing Dave. Hopefully to a good eggsack tarantula Dad Dave!❤
Madame s'est très bien comportée. Je crois bien qu'elle a été tout à fait séduite par Monsieur.
Brilliant pairing. Brave male! Fingers crossed this pairing produces a good sac
P.s. congratulations on the arrival of your grandson
He was probably saying " Thanknyou for the invite , but there is no way I'm coming into your house for dinner !!" 😂😂😂.
Just paired my MF GBB a bit ago and it took over 2 hours 😪 and she did not eat the male he got away safely.
That's the thing with spiders. They usually treat everything that enters their enclosure as food. So long as he does everything right, he should (as the saying goes) 'live to love another day'.
She could sense him before he went in her enclosure. She was tapping after he was in there for a while. It surprised me She didn't try to eat him. She was very willing but he was very nervous.
AWESOME video Dave good luck in getting a nice big sac too BRILLIANT
Let me guess you got your female at the capital invert show last week? I saw they had a bunch for sale there and was really nice to finally get to see one in person. I was tempted to buy one myself but i actually ended up getting a female Metallica which has been on my want list for a very long time now. Excellent show was great to see you there too. Fantastic video as usual and congrats on a successful pairing
No it was a private sale I dont think there was any adults at the show that I saw ?
Outstanding contribution to science. More than makes up for no video on Monday.
❤❤❤
