Aging of the face is most shown by a change in position of the deep anatomical structures, which are the platysma muscle, cheek fat and the orbicularis oculi muscle. These lead up to three landmarks namely, an appearance of the jowl (a broken jaw line by ptosis of the platysma muscle), increased redundancy of the nasolabial fold (caused by a descent of cheek fat) and the increased distance from the ciliary margin to the inferior-most point of the orbicularis oculi muscle (caused by decreasing tone of the orbicularis oculi muscle). The skin is a fourth component in the aging of the face. I’ve noticed that listening to this video will change your skin over time. I’m not even talking about my skin being clear. I mean, my whole skin texture and skin type have changed. Whereas my face used to get oily, it no longer does at all (even when I don’t wash it). My skin isn’t acne prone or sensitive, nor is it dry or dehydrated. I had a bump on my face for over 2 years. I went to a dermatologist and he told me if the shot didn't work it would require surgery to remove the bump. Last week I started listening to this video and within the first few loops the bump started turning red/pink. I am sold! This is the channel for me! I found and listened to this for the first time in my life last night one time before bed. When I woke up in the morning the acme that I picked at due to the hormonal monthly and balances was almost completely gone! I am flabbergasted amazed! Okay so I tried this. I’m 22 and I literally have the face as if I was a teenager again. My skin is lighter, no acne, my face protrudes less from the philtrum area. And surprisingly, I had gotten into an accident in the 5th grade that displaced my jaw slightly and when I would bite down for a month straight I could feel my teeth clenching unevenly; I can feel and see this being corrected. But the main thing I could notice was that I look WAAAY young again. It definitely makes your face more youthful. I also had a slight forward head posture, and that was completely corrected. I listened to a few subs this week including this one २-३ days only while sleeping.
I walk 10k steps and have PT from past 2 months.

This frequency is really amazing. And I am not even talking about the skin benefits. It is completely realigning my face. It really works on the muscles of the face which influence how your facial bones are aligned (your appearance).
I listened many many times to the golden ratio face attunement but I believe this one is a priority for those who want to make their face more beautiful.
It’s like it will make you look like you were supposed to look. Most have deviated from that blueprint because of bad posture, tension, braces, wisdom teeth removal, mouth breathing, unhealthy diets and so on. Now you will see how you were supposed to look!

I read the comment section and I am reposting the comments from others that feel it had any effect on the muscles, the realigning of the face and so on. I removed parts of the comments that were talking about something else, so that it stays short and concise. I did not post any comments that only spoke about the skin benefits (which there are many). My whole point is that even for facial beauty one should use this as it goes to the root of facial unattractiveness by changing your facial misalignment. Our faces have been misaligned because of human unnatural tendencies in body posture and facial posture. How come most animals are beautiful and especially those in the wild ? Looking back at my comments i wrote the original one one week ago. i found that the longer i listened each Session the more i felt the lifting and tightening. would be several hours each time. Maybe 4.the tightening got stronger as time went on.

When I listen to this I can feel it in my jawline like it is being pulled up if that makes sense. I am in my 50's and carry some extra weight that I am trying to lose. You know how people get jowls as they get older and gain? Well no more of that nonsense. I have a nicely defined jaw area now all because of this video and nothing else. It feels like I am getting a gentle face lift and my skin looks young for my age as opposed to before I started listening. First time listening to this. A minute in and I could feel vibration on my forehead. Then as time goes by the vibration moves down over the face to chin, then starts over. This is bizarre! Feels like this is going to work!
UPDATE! 3 days in and I can notice a bit of difference in my jowls, my skin feels smoother and tighter while listening. I also listen to perfect feminine jawline to help with jowls. I'm 60 us old. never done anything for my skin at all. So there is allot of improvement needed to look how i want.the area where my cheek bones are is more pronounced. .lifted. my eyelids are lifted. Under my eyes the bags are lifted to being flat now. i think my jaw is getting better as well. When i look in mirror i think i look heaps better. best thing is i can feel my face is tighter. my eyes feel so much better with the eye lids lifted. Got a lot to do yet. Just try it.

I am so pleased that Quadible also thinks that cosmetics are harmful to your skin. I work with younger women who are shocked when they find out i am old enough to be their mum, older than their mum in some cases. I don't have a beauty regime, just water and occasionally soap, no moisturiser, no make up.
