Keep using this for a few days and the results will be amazing. Acne just goes away, even the blackheads and whiteheads that are under the skin goes away - well first it wants out, so it may not look too good the in the beginning, but after that it just goes away.

After listening to this for almost like 27 times or 4hours 30 minutes my skin was more glowy & hydrated then it was before. Now winter season is going on & my skin usually becomes really dry + I'm currently taking medicine for my acne so those medicines are drying out my skin more & more. I have noticed in the last few days, my nails are looking much healthier and they’re growing faster. My hair is less frizzy and dry. My skin is improving slowly. I feel like it’s been purging.
i’ve been listening to this for like 4 days now and let me tell you this seemed to have helped me a lot. i’ve been breaking out suddenly out of now where after over a year of not having it and i’ve been trying everything to clear my acne from drinking herbal tea everyday, limiting sugar, meat, & dairy and nothing seemed to help much. (maybe i should’ve been more patient) but it just seemed like it was getting so bad i needed it to go anyway quickly so i started listening to this and the next day i noticed my skin was glowing more and looked more even. not as much redness or inflammation like before. i haven’t had much redness since i started listening to this and my acne is almost gone now. yeah there’s still some scars but my skin just looks so much better. as for my hair & nails i haven’t really noticed much (atleast not yet)

Gonna listen to this for my skin! It's extremely sensitive and it's allergic to the cold weather. It's almost never hydrated enough and often dull and dry. Also my nails are nice and grow well but almost never last more than two weeks when long. This is despite taking 2 multivitamins everyday. I will update!

My toe nails have ridges and there's like an outer layer that easily peels off at the borders of the nails (they used to be healthier a few years back). That would be really great, I have had a hormonal and metabolic disorder since I was 18 and having messed up my whole hormonal system, I have lost all my eyebrows hair years ago and tried all kinds of treatments but nothing worked & now I have to rely on cosmetic eyebrow tattoos which turned out looking horrible & unnatural & I had to pay so much money into laser removal treatments and even that came as a price, I am now totally bald in the eyebrows area with 2 orangey/reddish discoloration patches from the laser sessions :-( so if you could please do one for regrowing eyebrows for conditions such as mine that would be awesome :-)

Try drinking more water. Water before and after you listen to this and constantly wash your face. I recommend listening to the one for acne as well.
