If you're really grinding for yourselves, then you are probably very simple people. Most people with a brain have hundreds of other hobbies that excite them and fulfill them intellectually more than exercising.
Of course you can exercise, but let's be honest, you do it to look good, for other people to see. Or to prepare for a competition. Or because your doctor told you. Or so that you can sleep and concentrate better.
But if you really exercise for yourself because you enjoy exercising for the sake of exercising, then let's be honest, you might be a good guy, but probably not the brightest star in the sky
