I am in my 60s, and been at it for 2+ years solid. The strength training is not only life-changing, and life-enhancing, it is literally life-saving.

I've been following the Starting Strength training methods for over five years now. As a 68 year old athlete of aging as Doc Sullivan calls us, it's definitely changed my life for the better. Starting Strength Coaches (SSCs) are by far the best strength coaches in the world. I enjoy learning about strength training and very much appreciate your videos. I hope to be lifting until I breathe my last. Thanks and blessings to you and your family.

That's great that you're doing Starting Strength, and I'm glad to hear about the progress! As for all of the other stuff, I understand completely - the list of silly things I've done in my past is a long one.

Absolutely true about everything you said, and pretty impressive form, with that pause below the knees. At first, looking at the thumbnail I thought the dog was the one that knows something about deadlifts that no one told us. He looks like a proper coach.
    Edit : subbed.
