This weekend I went to a self build camper meet with my Suzuki Jimny. The first night it was -2 degrees ground level. It was great to test out sleeping in the car without a heater. I bought a winter sleeping bag and I liked it. Just need some extra clothes layer to cover my knees in the sleeping bag. But I can do some winter travel and adventures 🤩
Love it Levi! Your videos have always been that perfect combination of entertaining and informative, and I appreciate you for not just time-wasting and attention grabbing. Your videos are special and always inspiring!
Very interesting and informative Levi! I’m even more impressed that you created such a great film while not just enduring hunger and mosquitoes but cold wet feet too!
Adding bikepacking to the mix with a packraft definitely complicates the gear decisions and packing logistics. I picked up an Alpacka Raft Caribou two summers ago to do a West Kootenay bike rafting trip and my packing was so tight for space I was definitely limited to just what I could fit in a hip pack for camera gear. I'd be really curious to see how you would make that work and where you would trim the fat off of your gear list.
Quick thing about being cold in your sleeping bag. Boil some water, put it in your Nalgene bottle, and put the bottle in your groin area. Because your biggest arteries are there, it will warm up the blood that circulates to your feet. Also you can also put said hot nalgene bottle by your toes to quickly warm them up.
man the canadian accent on soft consonants like bag and leg is brutal, the combination of the accent and overly emotive/giggly, psuedo-positive "youtube" voice is kinda brutal at times. Gives me horrid flashbacks to infomercials, luckily you stay out of the mode for the majority of the video, seems to be only when you get overly-descriptive perhaps

Great break down of your gear. Loved seeing it. Those mosquitos though....
Love this!
Great video, very helpful! What did you use to charge everything while out in the wildermess Levi? Cheers from Winnipeg 🍁🍁
Hey Levi!
Let me know when you’re ready to do some whitewater kayaking!
That might be one of the things I am most scared of. Rivers mean business
hey mate, great video. What song did you use in the intro please? Cheers 🤙🏻
That's super insightful Levi. So with your mic, was that gaff taped to your jacket?

100% that’s one of the main reasons I brought a stove as a safety measure
When are you going to go live again?

Wow. Get outside and touch grass. Don’t stay here if you don’t like it
