I don't often comment but for this I make exception. I've always had a taste for more, and the more I watch from you the more I appreciate your philosophy and lifestyle. You only take what you need, and only for food not for fun. I also appreciate the agony of seeing a 10 year old single malt being poured into a sauce pan but I know it added a certain zest to that marvelous gourmet delight that Pascal crafted from the bounty of nature. You are both blessed and a blessing, very talented, and exceptionally true human beings. Thank you.

Great filming in the first couple of minutes of that beautiful coastline. So agree with your sentiments about fishing for food and not for fun. All creatures should be respected. Like duck shooting, flying along not bothering anyone one minute and suddenly full of lead because apparently it's 'fun'.

Pascale, I love the way you cut the apples. I do the same for my kids lunches. Lop off the two faces and whack them together. No core, no dramas and they eat the lot. I eat the two orphan slices from the ends, because the kids think they are poison!

I definitely want to make a few thing when I find ingredients, but have no idea what episode they appear in. Might attract a few more subs, being promoted as cooking videos and cooking sustainably? But i am no expert, Lol, happy travels😊

    Living your dream.
In whatever yrs ahead wherever ya settle something tells me it will be on a boat even if it's tied to a dock.
Yes for all the sailing folks ..their care home should be in sail boats tied to the dock.
Care aids / nurse just go to the dif boats and say things like : How are you Mr & Mrs Smith ...I'm here to change your pampers...here is your pills....
Aged sailing folks do not want to go to a regular care home building do they ????
    Ha!
Nice to see creative and healthy cooking.
God speed / and protection always from every evil.

I would like to thank you both for the wonderful respite that watching your amazing exploits brings from the madness of our ‘normal’ way of life. Nothing gets my pulse rate down so much as watching and listening to you two. And how much I have learned and been inspired! I have a question that I hope is one that you can find the time to answer...though I suspect that other avid subscribers of your channel might be able to help with. As I have happily watched your adventures from the start, I wondered about all the beautiful but shallow creeks that you navigated Mirrool into, particularly in the Kimberley. So: what do you think is the maximum draft that you think you could have gotten away with? I ask as I am looking at finding my own Mirrool.....thanks!

    Glenmorangie? My fave. Livin' large!
As far as the tuna goes, there is a chance that the tuna will survive. A lot of people, when they see blood coming from a fish, automatically assume that's it, game over. But, like we humans, fish have the ability to cauterize and live another day so unless you see blood being pumped out of the fish into the water, it may be okay.

Losing the awesome tuna seconds before landing is a common occurrence for all ... Or, they flop around on the boat and then off and back in the water 🥴. Like the Pascale cooking sessions, I can vicariously smell all those cooked apples, crumb and berries, yum yum ... We just went back to no inside non essential here in SoCal ☹️. Took my lunch to the beach today, stared at a pod of dolphins just outside the surf break, their local and I see them often 🤓. Lots a peeps on the beach, many not social distanced ... This to shall pass and therapeutics look promising in phase two of human trials the news says 🥳. Cheers, Matthew.
