I don't think a little hole in the chest would effect Orochimaru for long. He can literally vomit up a completely healed version of himself. So I think his attack continues as normal.

Correction: the minato seal (忍爱之剑）stands for sword of ninja’s love as ninja(忍者） can be shorten to just (忍）in some cases no matter if its japanese or chinese. Both of these languages have a lot in common thats why i know this is the true meaning of the seal

If Naruto mastered the Flying Raijin, he would put a FTG mark on the Scroll of Sealing, thus, he could be able to use the scroll of sealing to train himself, which, of course, if he did train himself with the Scroll of Sealing, he could also learn the Inner Gates if he wanted to, but would he do it correctly? Not always. But, if he did, then he could handle the Third Gate without having to use Kurama, thus, he would have to train his stamina to handle more, but then again, the third gate could be what he handles in base form, but he would mainly use ninjutsu. Other than that, he could also learn other forbidden jutsu

The academy justu is not the shadow clone justu, its just called the clone justu. The Clone Jutsu is just an illusion. It's meant to throw people off. Shadow Clone Jutsu is similar to the Clone Jutsu except it doesn't have any elemental aspects to it and creates physical copies of the caster. It can be used for espionage or to overwhelm an opponent.
Clone jutsu and shadow clone jutsu are different. A shadow clone can be touched and interacted with, while a regular clone will disapear when something interacts with it
First video I've watched by you guys, and I thought it was well done. However, I think there are a few hax that you are missing out on, and there's a way to bring the Flying Raijin into play more. I think Naruto would have also learned more weapon arts, and continued using that transformation jutsu combo you discussed with Zabuza. A case can be made that Sasuke can also be revived by someone who learned the Reanimation or Edo Tensei techniques. If he's an Edo Tensei, he wouldn't be affected by the genjutsu. However, if Sasuke remains trapped or even dead in the Kamui dimension, Naruto could have had a seal placed on him, and escaped the Infinite Tsukuyomi. You could also say that Naruto could be broken out of it by Kurama, starting their shift in relationship. It would just be Naruto vs Obito (if Sasuke isn't Edo.) If he had at least one Shadow Clone, both would keep warping to Obito and knocking him dizzy. But in this scenario, there's no way for Naruto to release the genjutsu, outside of taking the Rinnegan and using the Human Path to take the soul of the Ten Tails. Maybe make Edo Sasuke an undead Juubi Jinchuuriki?

Honestly this should have happened, you could argue that nobody could have thought him the jutsu during the story but from the end of the war to the beginning of Boruto there is a huge time skip where he could have just learned it from the forbidden scroll I'm certain Kakashi would have allowed it and he would have mastered that jutsu easily

Quick correction: Shadow Clone is advanced... the way that ninjas become ninjas is by the use of CLONE Technique, not Shadow Clone Technique.
