The list of extremely well-paid mediocre quarterbacks is lengthy. Mark Sanchez has earned $74 million. Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles, 26, has already earned $40 million. Chase Daniel has been a nine-year backup. He’s earned $28 million. Matt Cassel started for four-and-a-half seasons in a 14-year career. He’s earned over $60 million. In comparison, center fielder Adam Eaton has been a 4.0 or better WAR player in three seasons. At the end of his current contract in 2021, he'll be 32 years old and will have earned $43 million. He's unlikely to land another massive free agent contract. A career like Eaton's would be a solid outcome for any rising outfielder, but it can't compare to the payoff of being an NFL quarterback.
Also the MLB has a hard time marketing its players. Kyler Murray will be able to collect way more marketing deals off the field as a quarterback in the NFL instead of an outfielder in the minor leagues.

Kyler Murray will be able to collect way more marketing deals off the field as a quarterback in the NFL instead of an outfielder in the minor leagues.
playing in the nfl can destroy your body and your mind
Three great points!
It can because of the longevity at which you can play baseball. A guy like Kyler Murry could get a 10 year Contract in the MLB all Guaranteed money. It's a no brainer really
1. What guarantee is there that Kyler will be asked to play as a QB.
2. Each of those QBs is between 6'2" and 6'5". Kyler Murray is 5'10". Of all the QBs selected in the history of the NFL, what is the %age of those under 6' had enough sustained success to achieve that kind of career earnings?
Murray ain’t making a right or wrong choice. What Skip said is right tho he’d be happier playing in the NFL then he would in the MLB bc football is his dream and being in the NFL has been his dream. It’s whatever he wants to do, there is no right or wrong decision
He’s too small for he NFL he would get get killed on the field
Is already rank top 5 in the nfl. No offense but the guy just proves everyone wrong
He should pick whatever he feels the most passionate about. If he feels equally passionate about both then I think he should pick whatever sport gives him the best chance to stay healthy longer. I have not seen him play baseball though and how long he would be in the minors is a big factor to consider.
