Great service for photographers. Thanks! I have Linear Canon profiles for my cameras on my desktop but they are grayed out when I reach the final step to loading presets. I called Adobe and they said they have an update to Camera Raw next week May 22, 2023, that could help.

Hello Dave, the Beta Photoshop 24.6.0 I just updated has warnings as "The active layer is not an appropriate "Color Grading" Curves adjustment layer!
DO THIS--Select a Curves "Color Grading" adjustment layer as the active layer or use the "+" button to create one." on TK8 Multi-Mask. All function of TK8 Multi-Mask was fine before updating the beta Photoshop, please follow up. I will put back the Beta Photoshop to Photoshop 24.4.1.
I just checked it out and you are right. I have the same issue. I will email Tony and let him know.

Hi Dave, I'm having a problem with the Color Grading when I use it to avoid clipping the highlights and shadows I get this warning saying " The active layer is not an appropriate Color Grading adjustment layer! DO THIS-- Select a curves Color Grading adjustment layer as the active layer or use the + button to create one". Never encountered this before... Any idea to fix it would be greatly appreciated. Are you using Photoshop Beta Pierre? If you are, that is an issue with Photoshop Beta. It didn’t show up until the latest PS Beta update.

Hi Dave,
I have been using TK8 for a long time and I follow all your tutorials. I use Photoshop 2023 and Photoshop Beta 2023.
Since yesterday, it is no longer possible for me to adjust the balance and contrast on the Beta version. An error message appears:
"The active layer is not a Color grading layer". After uninstalling and reinstalling PS Beta and the TK8 plug, the problem remains.
What do you think?
Serge I talked to Tony Kuyper about that and it is an issue with Photoshop Beta. Hopefully it will get straightened out in a new update.
