TY for sharing. Next time do not leave in the fermented mixture so long. It should be in (1 second) .. out (1 second) ... optional second and third 1 second dips. Much of the color comes when the mixture hits the air. Another option is to throw some of the mixture on the pots rather than dip.
Obvara, na minha opinião, é interessante quando não fica todo queimado, quase negro! As pessoas normalmente deixam-no demasiado tempo dentro do liquido fermentado, para meu gosto!
It’s a bit sad when the teacher doesn’t even understand the method of the treatment. Why is HE taking them out…..where is the direct experience for the students? Auuuuuuugh!
