For Clara... (Director's Cut)

This is a groupwork short film that I directed, wrote and edited for my Philosophy in Film class. Heavily inspired by the works of Makoto Shinkai and Christopher Nolan, the music of The National, and several experiences with friends over the past year or so, the short film was written during two rainy nights and filmed over the course of a long Tuesday (+ my first time filming w/ a GoPro!)
Special thanks to my PLMFILM group for transforming this overdue college project into one of the most personal and heartfelt things I've ever made. As such, we're proud of our work well enough to have it uploaded on this channel for everyone to see. (We got a score of 98/100 for this one btw 🤣)
Synopsis: A young graduating freshman reminisces on his friendship with a young girl named Clara, while he tries to reach out to her one last time after years of being away from each other.
