Love how you just get down to the assessment and leave us with critical information. That is something I always look for in channels I watch. I wish guerlain would come out with a bronzer shade like gucci 1 bronzer. Guerlain always seems to lean a little too warm for me, even though bronzer is meant to 'warm' the skin... I still like with a cooler shade how it can sculpt your face shape, especially for me as I'm very rounded 😊
Great video Lexi. I really would love a Sweed product review of products. I don’t think you’ve done one on all their products (possible I missed it). I’m interested in the eyeliners and thanks for bring these up since I wasn’t aware at all. I look forward to the MOB review video, nice lip liner color. Sisley, ahhh… I have some lipglosses from them and they are wonderful. I can imagine these lipsticks, especially crush is right up my alley. But you said it, they are expensive at $65 each. I just haven’t justified that… it’s like most of Sisley products are really nice but 🤷🏼♀️ Viseart is excellent! I don’t own this palette but have several 4 pan and bought two of the six pan which have the face/ blush for the spring and love them,❤

So i feel like the suqqu are firmer than the addiction singles but more similar to the addiction shadows in the palettes. Some of suqqu’s recent shadows (for example the marbled shades) have not been great imo but their general formula is great. Quality is comparable imo.
Was about to finally stop hemming and hawing and pick up the Sisley tinted balm - and then I saw new shades of the Prada lip balm dropped. My fomo can’t catch a break!! Thank you as always for your excellent reviews!

I just purchased the Sweed powder to try as a finishing powder because of its glow! It hasn’t arrived yet, but I’m so excited you like it for that purpose ! I have multiple shades of the new RMS bronzer, and I love them so much. I have never gotten multiple shades of any bronzer before. It’s the glow without shimmer that I love. I can’t stop wearing it. I’ll pass on the Armani. I will definitely try the Bobbi Brown liner! The Jungle shade is gorgeous
@@LexiJong I am a light warm olive so I don’t mind a warm bronzer. Malibu Muse is very warm. I like it, but you would probably rather stay away from that one. I think Tan Lines is pretty neutral, but I know you’re more neutral/ cool than I am so there’s a chance it could be too warm for you. I think Beachwalk Betty is your shade, though. I don’t think anyone would call it warm. I don’t usually like bronzers similar to the tones of the first shade of the Gucci or that pinky Jones Road bronzer, but this is like a mash up of those two shades. I’m using it as more of a bronzy blush. The formula is just so pretty. If you wanted to try one, I think you’d like Beachwalk Betty!

I quite like the viseart palette - thank goodness it's not all warm. I've had a palette going on eight years now, work as good as when I first purchased it 👍
Hi Lexi, For me luxury makeup made in China is a big turn off. I’m shocked that Armani considered a good move to make the bronzers in China. The only products I’m interested are Sisley lip balms. I’m curious how do you compare with Guerlain lip balms (my favourites). Today I tried in store the new Chanel single eyeshadows and I liked the texture and the pigment (much better than the regular quads). If they will use the same formula for the permanent quads it will be very good. The only concern is with the longevity due to “clean” beauty trend and hard pan surprise after few months or so. So pretty, love the sweed powder on you. I love the color of purple of the BB eyeliner I need to go ahead and order that I had it in my cart during the sale and took it out along with the grey. That cool shimmer on the last row of that pallet 😍 love . Great review Lexi u always do an amazing job.
I've had the Sweed powder for over a month and I was looking forward to using it as a mineral foundation/base powder, however I didn't realize it would have such a glowy finish. And it's just too glowy for my taste. It reminds me of Hourglass Dim Light but on steroids. Although it does leave you with a lovely blurred finish, and the formula is next level silkiness, I'm not finding it to offer a lot of coverage which is disappointing to me, but, again, a lot of glowwwwwwww. I need to find something else....!
I'm so sorry to hear that. I still think the best powder foundation is the SUQQU but they are so limited in colors. I am looking for something else also. I'm sorry this reply was so late, UA-cam has just now shown me a bunch of older comments which is so odd!
Yes, but i can’t figure out if it is sephora or the brands. For example when the Hourglass powder released it was $48 iirc correctly on Sephora but Hourglass had it at $56 so by the next day, Sephora had it at $56 too. Are these just mistakes or what?
@@LexiJong not sure what is going on but is crazy a lot of the products are way higher at the Sephora then in the brands websites for example the charlotte lip plum gloss still 35 dollars at her website and at Sephora is now 47 dollars and the Valentino concealer to 😳
Wow! I'm not seeing the price difference for the CT lipstick. Did you double check that it didn't change countries on your browser? It's happened to me before where suddenly I'm on the Canadian site and the prices are shocking. You can change the country at the bottom of the page.

The GA bronzers look really nice but I have so many bronzers right now. I like Viseart shadows & this palette has a nice color story and I like that it has warm & cool tones. I’ll have to look if Viseart is still having their sale or did it end. Great swatches comparing it to Dior & Chanel. I’m trying to be more selective so many eyeshadow palettes. Unfortunately the sale ended but they usually have a good one in a couple more months. I can't wait to try more Sweed! I'm hoping the Suqqu is great. They sent me a quad and a cheek/lip pot so I should have those soon!

I ordered a few things from Sweed, but not the powder. Something about the color turned me off, but now I regret not picking it up. I’m still waiting for my order, though. It said a long shipping time.
Hi Lexi. It is nice to see the original Spice liner shade come back. I remember a number of my friends using the Spice liner everyday in high school. It's definitely the same colour.
The lotus powder is pretty firmly pressed so I can't get as much shimmer or coverage. Plus the Chantecaille is more of a translucent powder that is supposed to be for most skin tones while the Sweed has different shades so there is coverage.
@@LexiJong May I ask you what type of scent? Floral/sweet etc.. Do they leave an aftertaste? (For reference I can’t stand givenchy lippies beacause of the rose scent)
I wonder how that Sweed powder compares to the Armani Luminous Silk Glow Setting Powder. That can also be built up for some coverage, like a light foundation. And it comes in colors. I just looked at the bronzing powder colors. What were they thinking? They are all too dark for fair/light skin. Danessa Myricks is made in China too, FYI. I'm surprised Armani is doing that. They're Italian, for crying out loud! You'd think they'd manufacture in Italy. Must be about costs. Great comparisons with the Viseart. I have Delices. But I can see why you's choose the Viseart over the Dior. So many looks. And more summery than Vespertine. Thanks for the video. Very helpful.💚
Thank you! I don’t have that prefer unfortunately. The Danessa Myricks are made in China but that has always been the case with her brand so it was just surprising to me that Armani switched for the bronzer since the new glosses are made in Italy iirc.
