I love using the Bubonico with Nidus, it feels very lore-appropriate for him to use an infested shotgun arm-cannon

If you want a fantastic all-Infested build, Nidus Prime with Bubonico, Zymos, and Pathocyst is not a bad combo. I personally like Zymos+Pathocyst because I like glaive+pistol wielding but in all honesty with the right Bubonico build you'll never even have to pull out your secondary or melee anyway regardless.
Now I know Zymos sounds weird but since certain mods have been added that thing can be LETHAL. However, you want to rely on the Brain-Burst attacks when using it so aim for heads. But the Zymos is great when paired with Breach Surge because Breach Surge has a chance to spit up Sparks when affected enemies take damage, using Breach Surge with Zymos' brain drill attacks makes the enemy just vomit up a constant stream of sparks before they die due to the RAPID ticks of 1 damage before it explodes.

I got a multishot riven for the Bubonico.... needless to say I fire about a hundred needles a shot. Those poor corpupines

Shedu and Bubonico make me want more Arm Cannons, like a gatling gun Grineer Arm Cannon and a railgun Corpus Arm Cannon to finally round out the enemy faction roster, though now I'd love to see a Murmur Arm Cannon built like the Entrati Mechs.
An Entrati arm cannon kinda already exists, tho i guess its only an incarnon evolution (for the Onos)
@@apexgear2340 Well that's more of a literal _Hand Cannon_ than a massive one like Shedu and Bubonico, but the Incarnon Form is as close as we're gonna get so touche.

I used the Bubonico modded for radiation with wukong in High risk index. Wukongs clone turns into a C-Ram with it.

This on Harrow with Avenger and Covenant crit bonus absolutely melts, the crit multiplier is huge on the secondary fire

They actually silently nerfed this in the midst of the ammo rework. The start of reload had actually became slower. Before the ammo rework, I could continually use the secondary fire continually by pausing for a second after each fire. Now you have to wait maybe 2 seconds or something. Still, good gun.
It Wasn’t a silent nerf all battery weapons were touched some were reverted after backlash (fulmin)
YES!! I was waiting for this review! I absolutely love the Bubonico! It's one of my favorite weapons in the game. I gonna take notes so I can take it into steel path.

I love using this gun on Lavos with the Valence augment. I just love firing off the artillery barrage with whatever element I wish to war crime with today, and I like that I don't need to worry about changing elements between missions. I'm pretty awful at building though, so I might have to give your setup a try.

Personally i tried to approach my Bubonico's mods with the goal of making the alt-fire kind of a primer and using the standard shotgun fire for everything that survives the fireworks. I like that setup a lot because its very comfy to play (no need to switch weapons) and its just very strong. I also tried different element combinations like viral and radiation or corrosive and there's different benefits to all of them. Really an awesome weapon in my books
This weapon being fired looks very interesting in my game, seeing as my infested gear energy colour is a blend of pink and yellow to create what looks like sickly pus.
Very fun weapon, looks cool too. I reaaaally want more arm cannons. The MIGHTY SEER would make a nice arm cannon

Finally! I recently got this thing alongside Nidus and it's become one of my favorite primaries by far.
If you can source crit from outside the weapon, (especially flat crit) then dropping the fire rate for Primed Ravage is amazing.
The single target shotgun stuff is surprisingly high damage, a build focusing on that could be really good, I set it up without thinking too much and it did really well

Unironically one of my all time favorite shotguns. When, of course, the colors are set to not flashbang my team
D MS riven turns this into a war crime by itself, no other mods
So far my Paracyst is doing ok, due to it primarily being a status weapon (crit scaling is not good overall) I’m using Primary Blight for the additional multi shot while running Blast and Toxin. Armor stripping isn’t much of an issue with the use of Mag and Hound. While in the singulacrum, it does nuke things at max and set to SP scaling but don’t see it being as affective in dealing with acolytes despite it being a single targeting weapon. “
With the settings to make Semi-auto weapons fire like an Auto through the settings it does make it feel less like a burst fire and applied constant damage before reloading (2second reload but a unique animation).
I do hope when 1999 update comes and we get our Infested Boy Band Lich, the Paracyst gets an upgrade in getting a Lich variant.
I use mine with blast, stianax and his grouping hability, crit arcane and it melts everything. And for more resistant enemies i use the primary mode. It's so fun to use it

Bubonico was one of my favorites for a while, used to shred Liches back when they were newer and my arsenal was more limited.
Also, is there any chance of an Astilla Prime video? It's a decent enough shotty, i'd love to see your take on a build for it!
I noticed your arcanes are not labelled, there's a setting thats randomly off for some people under Options / Interface / Customize Interface, Show Item Labels.

If you have the nezha nuke build with his augment with subsume dante slash with Bubonico gas magnetic and radiation is nasty comb cause you just use ult fire prox status then fourth ability then dante slash is it can one shot when you cancel fourth ability lol with high strength and range

Take a sniper like the rubico prime or something and max out crit and headshot multi then add blast

I think you know this already, but it also works wonders with Hunter Munitions. That slash damage is absurd.
It feels like slash has fallen out of favor with the armor/health changes and the massive glow-up to elemental statuses.
Maiming strike slidespam Atterax 2.0 when? (just wondering what build you could do to revive that old playstyle and make it work nowadays) (btw love these out of the blue weapon builds, makes me wanna try out new weapons :3)

Pistol and rifle, have multiplicative co so if you have corrosive aptitude and serration its doing a million a hit easy

Dude the secondary fire has 3.5x crit damage multi, you are wasting so much potentail dps by not at least modding for it
But it's got like no cc so modding for it won't help much without avenger or adarza
I really, REALLY wish that the Bubonico had a skin option, because it's just way too ugly for me or my friends to use right now.
Imo it's one of the coolest looking weapons in the game, though I agree a skin would be amazing. Unfortunately though, they seem to really lack the creativity to give the more unique weapon types proper skins.
@@O111e An easy sysem could be to just let players use weapons of the same type as skins for existing weapons. I remember ages ago watching a Triburos video where he said he wished he could have turned his Falcor into a skin for his Glaive Prime. Now I look at my mountain of spare Onos blueprints and lament not being able to turn any of them into skins.

Why in almost every recent month videos you are trying to do the very same build? Not only it is getting boring, but feels like you miss interesting combos being blinded with bias of your success of such builds before. The older videos were more interesting =(
