I have been there 4 times. Last time about 20 years ago. The guy that put it all there was there then. He was a very cool guy. He told stories about everything all day to people. and he would start that huge 3 cylinder engine for ya. For a $5 fee. I love that place. its a shame no one has taken up with the personality like he did.
Hi there lots of walking and lots of looking and I do think some of us could spend days just doin that .p.s. I seen the cement made shaft and the above ground tunnel are there any real mines to walk in to here ⛏️and thank you for the tour 🏆🇺🇸

Yeah this is kind of a mockup of a ghost town, Jerome itself is actually an old mining town and if I remember right dates back to the start of the twentieth century but might be older and has it's own unique history.

I must be getting old...I not only recognize those vehicles, I road it most of them or operated the tractors as a kid.
