It's incredible see those vintage synths reproduce the same exactly 80's song sounds. I notice the attention you pay on every detail, you are amazing!

Incredible how? In particular the Roland Juno 60 and Yamaha DX7 were used on the actual recording of the original song...
@notformebeaky What he means is that it's a thrill to see these synths in action, perfectly accurate to the original. Traditional instruments age and degrade over time. People's voices age. Recordings age. That's why it's so COOL that synths never age. It's like time travel. They're timeless.
@notformebeaky He's just saying it's cool to see somebody use the same instruments more than 30 years later and produce the song again so that it sounds identical. It IS cool, even if not 'incredible.'
@notformebeaky Instruments can sound different with age in many ways. For example...
• Pianos and guitars need tuning over time
• Brand new instruments can take time to 'wear in'
• Many instruments (eg violins) generally sound better with age
• Instruments can sound slightly different from different manufacturers, even the same model from the same manufacturer
• Play an instrument in different environments/studios gives a different sound
• Different mics and mic placement results in a very different sound
• Recording techniques and technology were different in the 80s
• Old recordings can degrade, with noise, hiss, etc
• Human vocals _definitely_ change with age!
In contrast, synths are mathematical and electronic and are not capable of 'ageing' like a conventional instrument, meaning they can be played forever and always sound absolutely identical.
By far the best vocals I've heard in a cover of this song.

I mean, he played everything himself and edited it together with modern technology(a-ha formed in the 80s), gracefully. But I think even this musical prodigy needs two or three people to help him play it live.

Welldone, thanks a lot. Instrumental's authencity: 98 % (guess that this was not Linn Drum and effect on 2:04 is another), very good. So cool, when musicians and arrangers using the original, vintage gear, from that music hits of the past.

@@user-fl8os4np3s Probably. And while I know some, I don't know as much as you seem to know. Yet, his singing was excellent, which was my prime encouragement. And hopefully he layered all his own tracks for the final piece. ANd ok if he layered in the backvocals from the orig. But ...
