Absolutely not. His hook should stay his hook. You can move more then you can in dota 2 or league and in those games they can hook more often then in deadlock. His hook is only a skill issue.

You're not good, your pick is just disgustingly broken and the only way people can counter play you is to buy like 3 different items just for him ("reactive barrier shut him down" reactive barrier only work when cc so if he just harass with bomb and use ult it's does nothing, "debuff remover and bebop is not a problem anymore" yhea gotta love spending 4250 souls to get the ability of getting rid of a fcking less than 10 seconds cooldown abilities every fcking 45 sec also doesn't work agasint ult, "use knocdown" yhea okay I cancel his ult but since he use majestic leap he just ult from very and it's not like I can kill him after because even if I somehow get close enough he can just uppercut and disarm me with bomb) that means to have any chance at moderatly being a threat for bepop I need 9000 souls or I can't actually beat him.
fed or not. throwing a hook down a lane for a free kill seems low skill and downright frustrating. when you turn a corner and are pulled into 5 people i’ve never said to myself wow what a good play i bet he timed that just right using his gamesense and info on my location. in reality it’s more like “i threw the hook because it only has a 9 second cooldown and it happened to hit their hypercarry and now we won the game”.
It's a good thing bebop ulti isn't significantly longer than the cast range of knock down. Don't worry I'm sure you can just rush him with the knockdown and tank the 300 dps 70 meter beeam that splashes around LOS and slows you you're right not overtuned at all. also that's some nice clown makeup, also the only clips of people complaining about bebop in this is shroud when at 7 minutes a bebop ganks his lane and sky beams him which is like the least skill denies a whole lane by pressing q moment of this game.
nope ult changes make it so you can fly up and have spirit lifesteal and prettymuch survive most fights his sticky bomb isnt even the issue he is just too fluid for the amount of damage he does and the aoe on his ult is too much plus really forgiving most of the time it kills you when it shouldnt. Debuff is good for sticky/double sticky builds but ult focused builds are soo annoying he forsure needs a damage nerf imo

Any character that gets ahead should deal a lot of dmg, the bombs are hard countered by numerous other character kits, some that can accommodate for multiple players too. His ult is rather easily cancelled and the lifesteal which is strong 100%! Is countered by any healing debuff which is 100% necessary in games already since lifesteal full stop is a huge issue.
@@liammilne2242unstoppable is also an item the bebop can buy so you can’t get him out of his ult. He can get it early too since his ult does enough damage without item investment.
@liammilne2242 yea his ult should do a lot of damage, but it shouldn't have 300 base dps with a 3x spirit multiplier, he can easily reach 1k dps with his ult. Not 1k damage total, dps ao he can do 20k theroreticly with his ult that also slows you. Good luck getting close enough to use knockdown!

just play haze and press 4 you win 1v6 tf are ppl complaining bebop miss 1 hook then gotta wait like 20 seconds for 1 person i mean when uppercut is lv 5 then yeah it resets but that is a melee. haze just go invis jump in press 4 and if gets stun buy that 1 item and just reset all cooldowns and do it again. or you culd just hold m1 and melt faster than the bombs detonate. no just beacouse metal skin exist does not make this invalid. btw haze can move way faster than bebop during ult its a laser just get behind a fucking wall lmao

For one, debuff remover can remove the bombs. 2, multiple characters hard counter his bombs I.E, pocket, viscous, dynamo and ivy, 2 of which can protect allies from them. If you don’t wanna use debuff remover, get ethereal shift, which btw, these items are good vs other heroes also… Bebop ain’t OP when there are this many hard counters to his bombs, his ult is situationally strong but also weak if misused, just like seven ult… Cancelled by stuns like infernus ult, ivy, dynamo just to name a handful. Knockdown would work too. Haze works best in low elo agreed! But so does Bebop? Hardly OP.

Sure then the pool of who lives shrinks more, but sometimes hooking in can be bad depending who it is? Bebop hook is also relatively easy to dodge if you’re aware and positioned for it which you should be if you’re facing a bebop.
