What made Bruce Lee so superior to so many in martial arts is not just the physicality which was outstandingly strong, it was the esoteric aspect of his continuous training. He was a true student of the art of fighting. He wanted to make himself the most adept fighter possible. So this included the spiritual as well as philosophical aspect of his training. I believe this is what gave him that edge over most. He meditated quite often and used visualization techniques and all manner of aligning his mind body and soul into the most perfect fighting student. I say student not in a disrespectful way I mean he always was hungry to learn, to add to his already extensive repertoire of fighting skills. He never had the attitude that there was nothing more to learn. In fact it was the complete opposite. He was a mad man in that regard, of wanting to always learn and add to his fighting prowess. He influenced so many varied people from all different sports and other styles etc. Bruce Lee will be forever the greatest to ever have graced this world with his skill. I don't know if you Saw it but before Bruce Lee threw a punch he would do a feint punch and another suggestion for you and check out the fight with Bruce Lee in the movie called the big boss
Dan inosanto mentioned in a rare interview that Bruce Lee had ultra instincts and he had a 3rd eye. His 3rd eye wasn’t on the back of his head, but it was on top of him look down on him and his surroundings like a bird view.

People forget how TaeKwon Do and Jhoon Rhee influenced Bruce with the high and combo/spinning kicks. Chuck Norris also recommended throwing high kicks on camera as it looks better and has more visual effect.
The nunchucks to the feet and leg scene was copied in the movie Kill Bill where the girl fights the Crazy 88 in the restaurant. But instead of nunchucks, she uses the sword to start slashing at the feet and legs.
Even the best Chinese fighter can't beat a whole dojo of Japanese. This is saying Chinese are better. Wrong, seriously, maybe a ninja in background shoots a poison dart, so much for Bruce.
They are supposed to be japanese and yet they don't seem to have ever seen a Nunchaku and its use before. That's a little odd since Nunchaku is a traditional Kobudo weapon from Okinawa.

I'm a big fan of Jet Li as well but there is no comparisons between the 2! No one moves like Bruce just like no one box like Ali! Both have very different styles and training methods as well! Jet Li is more traditional old school Kung Fu so it would be very difficult for Bruce to emulate Jet Li as well!
I totally agree! I think it would be a disservice to both of them to try to emulate each other rather than performing in their own distinct style. I do love it when they remake these movies in a different style though as an homage to the original. It's like a love letter to the original
@@BurridgeMartialArts604 Yeah but I think most of the actors that take on roles previously played by iconic figures will definitely have their moment of anxiety and panic attacks realising that the critics and die-hard fans of the OG will have their claws out ready to shred them to pieces regardless of their performance! I didn't enjoy Jet Li's version cos it was clearly a money grabbing exercise cashing in on Jet Li's peak popularity at the time rather than a homage to Bruce Lee(Sharon Lee is partly to blame as well but that is another conversation all together lol) and as I have pointed out that it wasn't Jet Li's style of martial art. He even looked awkward at times trying to do the Bruce Lee/Ali shuffle due to his shorter stocky body shape! Keep up the good work mate. It's hardwork and oftened thankless job being a youtuber until you build up a substantial viewer base but I'm sure that you're aware of that already.
It's known in most Countries as Fist of Fury. It's called the Chinese Connection is some Territories. Oddly enough, The Big Boss(Bruce Lee's first Martial Arts film) was retitled Fists of Fury in the US.

Have you watched the old clip of Bruce Lee using nunchucks to play ping pong? Really fun to watch.
I remember watching that ages ago! so cool
That’s not Bruce Lee though! Was made to look like him for a commercial.
Sad news for you, its officially just a commercial by nokia. But the other video where Bruce Lee light matches using nunchucks is probably true
sometimes brucelee used to do two moves his feints is not visible in normal speed
They are if you watch closely and watch enough times!
Rush hour please
Just started watching your videos, absolutely loving them.
May I make a suggestion, Blood And Bone with Michael Jai White
Bruce lee vs chuck norris
I don't know if you Saw it but before Bruce Lee threw a punch he would do a feint punch and another suggestion for you and check out the fight with Bruce Lee in the movie called the big boss
Dan inosanto mentioned in a rare interview that Bruce Lee had ultra instincts and he had a 3rd eye. His 3rd eye wasn’t on the back of his head, but it was on top of him look down on him and his surroundings like a bird view.
WHEN DID HE SAID THAT?
@@2_TsuyoiShorts in a documentary. It’s possible, he used a secret meditation method which Taoists use and have been using for centuries. There are books on this form of meditation which have been burnt. Search up Taoist meditation. It allows you to tap into inner energy and do much more.
But instead of nunchucks, she uses the sword to start slashing at the feet and legs.
most of the UFC fighters and middleweight and heavyweight boxers can one punch this weird sound making fellow
Step 1: Everyone stand up
Step 2: Surround him
Step 3: Attack him one at a time
Step 4: Profit
You should check out the Street Fighter series starting Sonny Chiba. Not the video game. Quentin Tarantino re-released them in the early 2000's.
Even the best Chinese fighter can't beat a whole dojo of Japanese. This is saying Chinese are better. Wrong, seriously, maybe a ninja in background shoots a poison dart, so much for Bruce.
So you're also martial artist "fashionista". Your credentials are truly extracurricular. Your students must look so wonderful.
They are supposed to be japanese and yet they don't seem to have ever seen a Nunchaku and its use before. That's a little odd since Nunchaku is a traditional Kobudo weapon from Okinawa.
Bruce taking off his top is like Ip Man rolling up his sleeves... bad news for bad guys
Thought you were an instructor. Aikido is japanese, How would a Chinese fighter know it.
Fun Fact: He had to slow down for the camera. He moved far too quick to capture his movements reliably for film.
That is the kind of skill one builds when you train every single day of your life for both power and speed.
If you see the background very carefully u probably spot the photo frame of Kano Jigoro.
Look at 4:00 that dude was dude that Bolo kills in Enter the Dragon. As a matter of fact after Bolo kills him and yet he will appear again in the final battle!!!!! Lol!!!!!
goddamn bruces:-), bruises on the back of my head and neck from trying to use those f-----g things!
You know I have heard about a youtuber named daetrix is making a show called the rise of the last dragon animated series based on berry Gordys the last dragon movie and ron van clief Tao of the black dragon animated series based on the black dragon movie
did you know when he frist open his studio hes needed publicity so in order, to spred is name around he'll go challenging martial artist in diffrent schools that's how his name got around , lara 621 found it .,
I love this fight scene just the total domination of these guys so good. And he had the nunchuck in waist of his outfit. Bruces character went there looking for a real fight and came prepared for one.
The English dubbing voices were stupid and cheesy. But What can ya do?
It was part chinese defence, maybe shaolin or I just don't care feeling.
I can tell you where the numchucks came from. Dan Inasanto. A teacher and student of Bruce's.
The Last Dragon Bruce Leroy vs. Sho Nuff final fight scene
Fun Fact: Bruce was so fast, they had to film many fight sequences in slow motion. No bullshit.
This is Chinese Connection I believe.
It's known in most Countries as Fist of Fury. It's called the Chinese Connection is some Territories. Oddly enough, The Big Boss(Bruce Lee's first Martial Arts film) was retitled Fists of Fury in the US.
Bruce knew that if he wanted to bring martial arts to the world in those days only way was films. If he had never done that even if he was one of the greatest fighters no one would even remember his name or inspire so many who followed him.
YOu have to check out Fist of Legend with Jet Li as that was like a remake. Good film. Also Jet Li in Kiss of the Dragon where he takes out a whole black belt class with sticks.
