Nowadays people are buying Ph.D. degree from many private universities. Even many people get jobs in HEIs based on that degree. Could you make an effort to make videos on this topic. I know many people buying Ph.D. form EIILM (WB), RKDF (Ranchi) and many more...in cost of 5 to 10 lakh rupees. Sad reality in HEIs. Behind this, there are many so called consultancies/agencies...from start to end ( fillup - pre registration - thesis written - thesis submission) everything done by the agencies. Students even don't know how to write an abstract for a research articles.

We ised to celebrate our teacher not now but used . That's called guru sishya parampara . Offcourse they are not teacher they are guru . From where people used to learn surviving wild to ruling a country . That's one of sophisticated system we had once . Where teacher used to experiment on his students to find their special abilities and they are best suited for . Not like today same syllabus for everyone training them to be goddamn robots to work in factories . 👍
The fact we people of India today facing nowadays a major problem of brain drain is because or education system has became hollow just forget about the primary education those were the time when one learns the value system but major problems come in govt colleges which are state sponsored or in tier 2 cities. Just forget about the great institutions of IIT they have well qualified teachers but what about state colleges they have people whose qualifications are even questionable as a engineer myself who had studied from such institutions know in detrimental state they are right now zero knowledge no motivation to teach just a tape recorder of profound research and what’s even more concerning they don’t even vacate their post…. Why because they are govt employees they will a fixed position such people will climb upto the top order and people who really do have some value addition to provide will eventually leave our country for much better opportunities. Need to think about it.
