over the past few days ive been binge watching all your videos and honestly I think you are one of the best if not the best UA-camrs on the platform I was thinking last night and I was thinking of suggestions for things you could do when you eventually reach the US ive narrowed my thoughts into a top 3 list of things id recommend
1. travel at least a few miles of route 66
2. stop at a traditional American diner and get biscuits and gravy (sounds disgusting but is truly a food from the heavens
3. visit crater lake national park in Oregon (hands down the best national park ive ever been to)
stay safe out there Ryan and keep up the good work!
I will add that he'll need to time Crater Lake right, and not do what my friend and I did in our roadtrip in the other direction and catch a day where the roads are closed with 3 feet of snow. Of course, we just pivoted out to the coastal road, and that was amazing in and of itself, but it needs to be timed right for sure.
Reckon you probably needed a couple of days there to chill and recharge, it's an incredible trip that you're taking on, and there are for sure going to be some long stretches of wide open road where you wonder what the heck you're doing.

Little late, but for next time, you can either take the pizza and throw it over the coals on the grate, or easiest route is to use a little foil and then put it on the grate. Made pizzas on a camping trip from supplies and cooked them like that; came out amazing.

19:00 The best brand is Havanna, made in Mar del Plata. I'm sorry that you skipped the coast of Buenos Aires. It not only makes those, but also has cities that foreign tourists never see: the forest cities in the coast, like Mar de Las Pampas, Costa del Este and Cariló.
22:25 Coal for asado is only made out of wood (leña). Never ever use mineral coal, to smoke meat, because mineral coal is toxic. It has sulphurs and other nasty chemicals.
Also, it seems that you missed putting "sal gruesa" on the meat before cooking.

For the Barbecue the better piece of meat are Vacio (this not have bone) and Costilla or Asado de Costilla (these are ribbs, bone). Another option could be tapa de asado.
