Journal your thoughts. Scribble all of that sad out of your mind onto paper. Let it all out!!
I get anxiety quite often, not because of other people tell me, because of what I tell myself. I do not love myself enough to the point to where I am completely anxiety-free.

I never knew what was happening when I would get panic attacks now I do if I am home I sit on a bouncy ball thing in my closet and inhale for 4-5 seconds and exhale for 8 seconds

I have anxiety. I always tell myself that I have no friends and I dont belong. We are country people and I just think we are "diamonds in the rust" . I am not somebody who goes to sports games and has practice after school, I spend my time playing my clarinet and piano but also practicing for rodeos and cleaning my horse trailer. I struggle with school because, I guess, people are nice to me but I dont have true friends. The closest friends I have is in a grade below me. When I come to school I dont get said hello to and when I walk to my barn my horses neigh to me to say hi. My biggest thing is i always tell myself I look ugly and thats why I have no friends or 'boyfriends' but I hope someone else comments so we can spread the love that no one is alone with anxiety, panic attacks, and self-doubt.

I’ve never been formally tested for anxiety but I’ve kinda always known that I had it . I always worry about little things that don’t matter to the point where the make me cry . Me too! I never got tested but none of my friends worry as much as me. I also find something to worry (not on purpose I just randomly do it), and I can’t get out of it.
My best friend is there to listen when I am stressed and when I'm having problems and she makes me feel calm and relaxed 😌

I have panic attacks whenever I’m in my science classroom’s closet during a code red. It’s so dark and I can’t see a centimeter ahead of me and there are these girls that hate me all huddled beside me and on top of that I’m claustrophobic so that doesn’t help. I have them all the time. Does anyone else have more fears than fingers and toes?
aww, I'm so sorry! that happens to me sometimes when people are telling me to do many things at once. you're not alone and in that situation, I would probably have a panic attack too!

7:10 I just recently got into journaling and calligraphy. That sort of stuff in December of 2019. I love it! It's so fun.
I remember my anxiety getting so bad 2 years ago that I stayed home from school I'll get panic attacks before even stepping outside my door, it was so bad, I'm better now...but I have to take medication for my anxiety, sometimes I'll get anxious but this is rlly helpful
I have suffered with anxiety for 3 years now. I have panic attacks often and I also get shortness of breath. Natalie, honestly you are the most calming, kind and beautiful person and you have helped me through so much. This video will yet again help me through my anxiety.

I have high anxiety. I have pet goldfish because it costs too much for a dog or cat right now. But I started being a dog walker/carer. It gets me out of my apartment, exercising some, gives me comfort with the animal, and helps me clear my head. I found that while I am walking a dog, I am happier. I am happier when I book a walk, when I am walking, and when I go home. It boosts my mood and opinion of myself drastically. I used to journal, not so much anymore. I do a grateful journal on an app though. My therapy is my therapist, case worker, bible study partners, my family, making soap, and walking dogs. I love your videos! Thank you for this one!
