I want to point out that Congress has got 38% of over-all votes polled in Karnataka while BJP only 36%. How do they say Congress has lost the mandate of the people. If the criteria of over-all votes polled were taken, Congress is the clear winner in Karnataka State. Constitution of India should be amended according to this criteria to avoid the unethical practice of horse-trading of MLAs and Governor's discretionary powers in favor of the party to which he has allegiance. Finally, people/voters are the mute spectators and losers of the current system of forming the Parliament/State Assembly. P.S: I have no allegiance to any party and I am always neutral.
