A Bios dump of PS5 does not exist. You would need that to run an emulated PS5 OS. The highest Sony product emulated at this point is PS3.
and I doubt this would be able to able to do that. you would need 1. A high end processor and/or 2. a video card that can handle Dx12 or better yet Vulken. (or GL Core) It wouldn't have the power to display anything. It's the same for the Switch. If i had to guess I would say Gen/SNES/32x is the best it could do.
