Just watched your wasabi video and I believe I may be addicted to your videos. You obviously put great care into your production and are super knowledgeable. Thoroughly enjoying your channel so far, I patiently await more videos and for the algorithm to bless you with the exposure you deserve. :)

I literally just commented the same thing on another video. Couldn't believe the quality on these videos is better than a lot of high sub channels. I'm super grateful to find these gems haha.

      Hi Agent Ham!
      You're totally awesome! Thank you!
      Definitely spot on!
Takes a few weeks, sometimes a year to plan some of these things since many of these ingredients are seasonal.
I'm so glad you enjoy them! I'll continue to make many more with your continued support!
      Cheers!

Beautifully yummy food of art. I recently found you via searching for wasabi planting. Then watching your Rakkyo, oyster, then this. You inspired me to try planting on the upcoming season of Rakkyo and wasabi, which I thought I could never try due to its difficulty climate requirement. You look like a high end Japanese chef, please don’t feel insulted if you’re not Japanese. I like that you got your ingredients from fresh organically homegrown, nothing could beat that, and that’s what I’m working on. I happened to grow 1 finger lime from seed, still small, not sure how true to seed it’ll grow. Will also add several other citrus fruit trees, including shiranui, in spring. I’m looking forward for your new high quality videos. Thank you

      Hi!
      I'm flattered with your comments!
Exposure to cooking by my mother and gardening by my father has led me to share my experience through this channel. I'm very passionate about these areas and love sharing the knowledge to others.
Shiranui (Dekopon) aka Sumo in the US - Is a delicious citrus!
I too have a tree I collect Dekopon from annually around winter.
In fact, it'll be ready in less than a month! Still green but coloring up nicely!
Again, I'm very thankful for you to provide feedback regarding my channel.
As long as you're enjoying it, I'll continue to publish them!
      Thank You!

You can also cut the shell with a sharp knife, no prying, ensures minimal fiber damage.
