    For everyone interested of working with these materials. Please ensure to leave the final printed object un-coated and un-painted if you plan on discarding them in a compost or garden application. Very important to not add micro-plastics that will be shed from these coatings, when the PHA material is decomposing.

    Hey Brandon, have you seen Balena's materials? Compostable and flexible. Wondering if you have come across them before or if you know of any flexible (think rubbery) compostable 3d printing materials. Great content!

      Wow, nice suggestion! I had not heard of Balena before, but I've reached out to them to see what their filament options look like. Could be another awesome addition to the eco-friendly materials lineup. Thanks!

      Hi, yes we still have the STLs. I don't normally share customer STLs, but these were posted on a public forum for anyone to download years ago, so I feel ok sharing them. Email ecostruder@hartsmartproducts.com and I'll get them to you.
